I recently purchased quartz worktops from Al-Murad and also had them fitted, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The showroom has a great selection of quartz, tiles, and stone, with plenty of styles and colours to choose from. The quality of the materials is excellent and the prices are very competitive compared to other suppliers.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful when it came to choosing the right quartz for my project. They took the time to explain the different options and helped me find something that suited both my budget and the look I wanted.

The measuring, ordering, and fitting process was smooth and well organised. The fitters were professional, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job installing the quartz worktops with great attention to detail. The final result looks amazing and has completely transformed the space.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the product and the service and would highly recommend Al-Murad to anyone looking for high-quality quartz and professional fitting.

I recently had granite worktops supplied and fitted the whole experience was outstanding. Ahmed the owner was incredibly friendly, helpful and gave great advice when choosing the right style and finish. It really felt Al Murad granite cared about getting the best result for my kitchen.
The installation team were fantastic-professional, skilled, and very detailed focused. Their workmanship is exceptional, and the final result has completely transformed my kitchen. It genuinely looks like a showroom now. I should mention one small thing I had to keep the fitters fuelled with tea throughout the day, so I’m now one box of tea bags down haha. I’m hoping for reimbursement in the form of at least one PG Tips box. All jokes aside, the team were great, and it was a pleasure having them around.

We visited the granite showroom multiplex times. We were shown different designs and advised on which would best match our kitchen colour. The staff were very nice and friendly, offering us tea and snacks as we had a look around and discussed prices and timelines.

When we made our decision, the fitting was arranged in a timely manner. The team sent for the fitting arrived on time and were very professional.

We recently had our Sienna Gold Quartz worktops supplied and fitted by Al-Murad, and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

We visited their Morley warehouse and were so impressed with the team there. They took the time to show us the large slabs outside, explained everything clearly, and answered all our questions without any pressure. Not only that, but they gave us an amazing deal – significantly cheaper than all the other quotes we’d received.

From start to finish, the service was fantastic. We had to delay our templating after booking due to a hold-up with our kitchen fitting, and it was no problem at all – they were completely understanding and flexible. The templating specialist who came out was incredibly knowledgeable and really friendly, which made the process feel easy and reassuring.

The fitters arrived just 8 days later and did an outstanding job. Our walls aren’t perfectly straight, which made the installation more challenging, but they made everything look absolutely flawless. The finish is perfect – you’d never know it had been tricky!

As a lovely extra touch, they even made us a free chopping board from the off-cuts, which we thought was such a thoughtful bonus.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Al-Murad. Brilliant price, brilliant service, and beautiful worktops!

Stress free from start to finish. Very accommodating and I for throughout the process and came in cheapest after shopping around but quality not compromised. Would use again and recommend to anyone trying to decide on where to get their worktops from ☺️

We purchased our quartz worktop from Al-Murad online, drawn in by their competitive pricing. It has been one of the worst purchasing decisions we've made, and we strongly urge others to think twice before doing the same.
The problems started from the moment of installation. First, the worktop arrived with the default bevel edging rather than the double pencil edge we had explicitly requested. When we raised this, the first Al-Murad representative we spoke to flatly denied our request had ever been made - despite it being clearly documented on the paperwork the installers themselves brought to site. A second representative at least acknowledged the oversight, but then had the audacity to ask us to cover the cost of correcting their mistake.
Second, the worktop arrived with a long, visible scratch on the island edge. Third, a 67cm piece was installed with a completely uneven overhang - a misalignment that was immediately obvious given the short length of the piece. When we flagged this, Al-Murad agreed to send someone to fix it. The technicians who arrived, however, warned us they might damage our kitchen cabinets in the process and made clear they would accept no responsibility if that happened.
What has frustrated us most, though, is not the catalogue of errors - it's the way Al-Murad has handled them. Of the three issues above, only the scratch was ever resolved, and even that took a full month, two cancelled appointments on the day, and two rescheduled painting jobs on our end. The wrong edging and the alignment issue remain unresolved. Throughout all of this, we have never once received a genuine apology.
Cheap prices mean nothing when the product, installation, and customer service all fall this short.

The £400 we saved by not going with a local supplier has cost us far more in time, frustration, and an unfinished kitchen. It was not worth it.

Well, how do I put this, not to upset anyone. First, we looked online. Sent the measurements & got a quote. Theirs was the second of 3 quotes. Turned out that this was the middle price. The cheaper one was £300 cheaper. However, from the outset the customer service was poor. Not returning calls. So, went with Al-Murad. We have had 2 lots of tiles from them & they were good then. So, with quote, we went to Morley to check out other styles than the one we got quoted for, & stuck with original choice. We saw Adam on the way out. He gave us a sample of the worktop. After a brief conversation we parted with the deposit. Quite happy so far. We arranged with Adam the template appointment. The templater came out, measured up. He told us what to do prior to fitting. We then received a request for the balance payment. This we paid. When I originally put the quote in I got confused & ordered a hob hole, drain grooves (for under mounted sink) & a tap hole. All I needed was the hole for the sink, no hob. I was expecting, because of my error, just to pay the quote. However, on recieving the request for the balance Zaid had adjusted the quote to reflect the correction of my error. Thus saving me a few hundred quid. So, fitting day arrived, 11/2/26. I was told between 7a.m & 10a.m. 3 guys turned up at 7.40a.m, to get the larger piece of worktop in through a window I had to remove to facilitate getting the piece in. It came in with a bit of puffing and panting. Luke & Troy worked well. Excellent finish considering my units were not 100% level. Left my new sparkling kitchen, sparkling. All swept & cleaned down. To say that Al-Murad were brilliant from start to finish is an understatement. 2 minor minor oopsies. I asked for the cut out from the sink hole, it didn't appear, no Biggie prob. The second one was that Sumayyah had texted me to say they would call me approx 30 minutes before arrival, that did not happen. Again, no Biggie prob, it was early for everyone including my dog. Our thanks to Adam, Zaid, Moosa & Sumayyah. Their communication was brilliant from start to finish, (except the warning call). Will not hesitate to recommend Al-Murad to anyone. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
