Lulu Mac Mock Neck
I had never heard of Alabama Outfitters before, so I was a little hesitant to place an order at first. However, I’m so glad I did! I ordered three of the same LuluMac Mock Neck sweatshirts in different sizes for my girls. When two of the three were out of stock, they communicated with me quickly, apologized for the inconvenience, and offered other options to replace them.
They have great prices, excellent customer service, and super-fast shipping! I really appreciate how quickly they handled the situation and kept me informed. I would definitely order from them again!

I bought a pair of sneakers
I bought a pair of sneakers, but then I received an email saying they didn't have them in stock. They refunded my money via a gift card, and I didn't like that; they shouldn't have models on display if they don't actually have them available.

Shirt was displayed in stock for days after I placed the order. Get an email that it’s not in stock and now multi other shirts that were available are not in stock now as replacement.

I needed a shirt for a birthday coming up and was only a few days away. They were out of the size I needed at my local store so I went online and ordered from another store. Much to my surprise it arrived right on time I appreciated their attentiveness to this!

Sizing unclear, customer service hard to reach, but helpful when we got in touch.
I ordered a pair of Blundstone heeled boots, but there is no indication until you reach further down in the description that the sizes are AU/UK, not US. Just numbers. Due to this, I ordered the wrong size, and needed to return. It would be extremely helpful if the sizing was listed as UK on the sizing options, instead of needing to locate clarification in the specifications.
While this in itself isn’t a big deal at all, the return process was not straightforward, and it took many attempts to call customer service (none of my calls were answered) then digging on the website to locate the form for customer service. Fortunately, the form was answered, and I was able to send my shoes back, and have received confirmation that my refund has been issued and should appear in my account soon.
I thank Alabama Outdoors for helping to end this story more positively than it began, and wish them well as they continue to build their business. I truly hope my experience will help them, and future customers.
