The product did not match the photo on the website. The photo was a Patagonia Down Sweater with Forge Gray shell and zipper, however I received a Forge Gray shell with light blue zipper.

Selling items not in stock
Bought an item from website and a day later the order was cancelled because they did not have the item in stock. What? Then I had to go back and forth twice to get a refund. Will never purchase from AO ever again.

We are unable to approve and fulfill an order unless the billing information matches exactly with what the credit card company has on file.
