I ordered my item online, but had some questions before I ordered. I called my local store and the people there were so helpful. My order arrived on time and as promised.

We bought an electronic gift card for our son, but he didn’t receive it in his email. We were charged for the card, though. Not sure what to do next.

Thank you for your feedback and for shopping with us! We want to gently note that we never received any communication from you prior to this review, and based on our records, everything went through without a hitch. After speaking with you, we confirmed that the gift card sent to the recipient's email with no issues, which makes this star rating a little puzzling for us.
We truly appreciate that you've been responsive to our follow-up emails and hope you'll consider updating or removing your review, as we'd love for it to reflect the experience you actually had.
Our team is always here if you ever need anything — don't hesitate to reach out at customerservice@aloutdoors.com or 1(800)870-0011.

I received my item quickly and communication with the company was smooth. The 1st 2 colors I chose were out of stock which was disappointing but they were on sale so I get it, but being informed quickly and making the changes immediately was a no stress experience. Thanks!

Skeptic turned believer!
I was highly skeptical because I couldn’t find a price this low anywhere else, but I gave them a try. My items arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and I couldn’t be happier. I’d absolutely buy here again!

Excellent customer service
I got exactly what I ordered. When I called customer service and mentioned I did not get the 20%off my on-line purchase, even though I entered the code, she IMMEDIATLY issued me a refund for the 20%. That’s what I call EXCELLENT customer service.
