Good service, bad math
I ordered 2 pair of shoes. The warehouse miscounted. They only had one pair. They refunded my money quickly, but I had to go elsewhere and pay more to get a second d pair. Missed Blavk Friday pricing at other retail outlets for my second pair.

I purchased a cup for my daughter…
I purchased a cup for my daughter online during Black Friday. When I went to pick it up on Sunday, I was told it wasn’t there and had been sent to the 280 store. When I asked why, no valid explanation was provided. I was then told the cup could be delivered to the Trussville location by Tuesday. No one followed up with me, so I had to repeatedly call the store manager myself to verify it had arrived. I ultimately picked it up right before closing. Was not a pleasant experience.
