Great customer service
When I had to call to locate my purchase that had not arrived it was very quick and easy to reach a real person and not a recorded message. The customer service representative was so helpful and the replacement came very quickly.

Great Customer Service
I ordered a backpack and when it came it was the wrong color. Apparently the color I chose was a 2024 color and was not correct on their website. I returned it to the store for a full refund.

Excellent company with friendly and helpful employees. I was buying UGGS for my granddaughters. Promptly found shoes in the correct sizes in stock and mailed them the next day. Everything was perfect.

The price seemed too good to be true but
I ordered a coat that I saw elsewhere. Price seemed a little too good to be true so I was concerned. They sent me notifications that it was on the way promptly and it showed up exactly as I had hoped. Was super happy with the coat and the amazing price I got it for.

A special thanks to Rachel
A special thanks to Rachel, an Alabama Outdoors employee in Mobile, Alabama. I was trying to purchase an item online but the transaction wouldn't go through. The Mobile store was the only location in the U.S. that I could find that still had this item. I called the store directly. Rachel answered, found the item, called the technical dept. They fixed a glitch, I was able to complete my purchase. Rachel held the item for me while this transpired and then made sure it was shipped to me. Thank You Rachel and Alabama Outdoors.

I ordered the product on 11/30 and did…
I ordered the product on 11/30 and did not receive it for 2.5 weeks. I called them 3 times and emailed once. Based on the tracking number the product was not shipped until 3 days before delivery. Customer service blamed it on USPS but I had no issues with my other packages that were delivered by the USPS.

USPS failed to scan your package several times in their system, but I can assure you, this package went out on December 1st. The team here would not lie about when your package was shipped out.
