I ordered my item online, but had some questions before I ordered. I called my local store and the people there were so helpful. My order arrived on time and as promised.

The Merrell hiking shoes I ordered were ~ 30 bucks cheaper than other vendors and arrived 2 days after ordering with free shipping. Can't beat that!

Fast delivery, excellent experience
Looking for a certain winter coat for my wife and found it on sale at Alabama Outdoors. Never heard of the company so had to do a deep dive to make sure it’s a legit company because the deal was so good. Took the chance and ordered and was shipped and delivered right away. Fast shipping, excellent deal, and they offer top popular products. Will definitely order from again!

My order was declined
My order was declined, and I don’t know why. My bank said my card was active and I brought a gift card. But still, I couldn’t make a purchase. I believe there was a problem with me purchasing from your end.

Thank you for your feedback! I apologize for that inconvenience and confusion. On our end, the transaction was declined becuase billing information on your order differs from what the credit card company has on file.
There are also several declined transactions associated with this card and billing information. This transaction and order was eventually declined for a final time by our billing service.

When I ordered and bought a jacket…
When I ordered and bought a jacket online that was actually sold out due to an inventory discrepancy, the AL Outdoors team was extremely helpful in finding me a comparable jacket and shipped it out the exact day. Instead of just apologizing and refunding me, they went above and beyond to fix their mistake. Will always shop here from now on!

Good source for shoes no one else had, and purchase went great. I returned for more.
They had my favorite Olukai shoes in a color that was discontinued and now sold out everywhere else.
Everything went perfectly and quickly on the purchase. I came back and bought 2 more pairs to have backups even.
