I keep getting emails after purchasing one item. If I received 1 or 2 that would be fine but I’ve gotten at least 7. Stop!

I placed an order, immediately canceled. It was over the weekend. On Monday I was told that I was being isued a refund. A few days later I was told the package was on the way. I was emailed a return label. The package was lost, delayed. Finally got here, I had to take to post office. I tracked it and was not issued a refund. I emailed 2 days in a row and was finally refunded. It was a lot of hassle to do the right thing. It was the Christmas rush I assume everyone was doing their best.
