I recently got in touch with Alamanah Travel to enquire about their Umrah packages and had the pleasure of speaking with Brother Afzal. He was extremely polite, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions clearly. I really appreciated his kind and professional approach, which made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Because this company failed to honour its commitments, we have issued a formal letter before action under the civil procedure rules. Potential customers should exercise caution when dealing with this company.

I called this company several times about their Umrah packages and received conflicting quotes. Communication was difficult due to language barriers. I would advise asking for proof of company registration, as I was given a different company name and told it was the parent company. Please proceed with caution.

I was suprised by the price of package they offer me. Package which matches all my need. Location and hôtel .
Pretty sure won't be desapointed.

Going to Hajj now a days is not easy. It start with application process, preparing documents, visa process, preparing for hajj and when you get there you need step by step guidance every day due to change of circumstances. I completely my hajj with Al Amana in 2026 and I can say without hesitation that whole team was really helpful. May Allah give them the Ajar for doing really good job.

I didn't booked my trip with them but there was Brother Afzal who approached me and communicated very well that I got Informal with him and told all my concerns and queries without hesitation InshaAllah I'll book with you guys some day

Choose another travel agency.

They are only interested in making money.

1. My Umrah was with Al amanah and I paid for 3 beds. The hotel provided a 2 bed room. We had to ask for a third bed which came later. Space was very cramped. None of this was communicated by al amanah. Not even an apology

2. I warned them my return flight will be cancelled due to the ME conflict. They told me it won't (ridiculous). Then instead of offering me to pay the difference for another flight - they charged me full price for another flight. THIS IS NOT HOW OTHER TRAVEL AGENCIES WORK.

3. As I predicted, my flight was cancelled. I asked for a refund 2 months from Al amanah. I am without my own money.

They have since come back to me providing no proof of how much the refund was AND EVEN REFUSE TO PROVIDE AN INVOICE. Ridiculous.
