We were told 3-5 weeks for RV cover to be installed. Apparently those lead times aren’t for every state so if you’re in Louisiana don’t expect yours to for double that time. That’s what we were informed today after waiting 4 weeks already. So if you’re in a hurry and live here might want to ask before paying your deposit the actually lead time not advertised lead time.

Easy to make changes and customize my order

Ordered carport in October. They finally scheduled install in February. Their trailer was too large to access my driveway. Rescheduled two times to again claim they couldn't access my driveway after knowing they needed a smaller trailer. They never actually arrived at my house the second time. The only thing they did quickly was refunding my deposit.

Website and customization is easy to use. After I ordered my garage, I received an email right away with instructions on completing the scheduling of the installation. This is the 2nd building I have purchased from Alan's factory and I am pleased with their business. So far the process has been user friendly and efficient.

So far it has been easy to use the designer and order the building. Im a little disappointed that when you choose a 6 lite entry door the designer pops up a message and says if you need a certain swing on the door to contact support. Which I did after ordering and support said we don't do that you just get what ever door comes. Hopefully that will be the only set back we encounter.

Working with Alan’s was great! The process was really simple, I quite literally designed what I wanted, paid the deposit, and once the building was delivered they installed it same day! There was shipping delays but that’s out of Alan’s control, but overall it was a really great experience!

From the custom build website to the finish, Alan's factory outlet did their build within a good time frame. I am so relieved that I have such a well built carport for my wagon and truck.

So easy to design and see your building and not tricks. Also the price and how to change that up or down. So far I’m very pleased with the process and the staff.

My parents Ordered a carport on March 26th and they were told it would be installed 4-6 week later. June 3rd. That date rolled around and He had not heard from them so he had to call them and they said they were running behind because of the weather so it would be June 5. And then that date rolled around he heard nothing so he called and they said there was bad weather so they couldn’t come. Now the date is pushed back to June 30th. They should have been next on the list to have this done. It is RIDICULOUS that they are having to wait nearly 4 weeks, AGAIN!!

Very nice people. Very helpful, friendly and professional. This is my 4th Carolina Carport/shed/carport. They are extremely well made and have lasted through several hurricanes where stick and metal carports/sheds blew away. The installers are also extremely nice and plum impressive as to how fast they erect these things.

Design website is user friendly and easy to design your carport as you want it. Rachel provided excellant customer service and was very helpful with completing the purchase order. She provided detailed explanation of all the steps that will be followed from placing the order to completion of the job. Looking forward to seeing the final project.
