The building and ordering process could not be easier. Signing the contract, copies of receipts and copies of engineers plans for permits all provided instantly as soon as my deposit was paid. Note: I have not received my building yet and am not fully prepared for it, this review is for building online and ordering only.

The site has information that answers all problems that could be encountered. The ordering process was smooth and straight forward.

The online estimator did it for me. Super easy.

So far everything has been very streamlined also with quick responses. I have no complaints so far at this point in the process.

Alans was shared from a previous company you did work for. Highly recommended the work you did for him. So far, it's been great. Only thing I recommend is to have Financing through you all and you take care of it.

Let me tell you about their lack of accountability and terrible communication

Every step of this process has been riddled with excuses on why there's delays lack of communication from them when there's been delays and generally their staff has been dismissive ever since I paid my deposit. Oh, and that's conveniently nonrefundable just in case you're wondering why the attitude change.

Before you go forward with these guys, I would highly recommend you taking a look at other options, even if they are a little bit more expensive as if something isn't right they are absolutely not going to do what they need to do to fix it.

Also, they subcontract their work out therefore, you can probably save some money by reaching out to the actual providers who do the work for them.

Due to technical and government permitting issues on my end, everyone has been very helpful in resolving them.

Communication has been seamless ordering was super easy. And Christie is very friendly and responsive.

So far so good! The 3D software to configure, price and ultimately purchase a steel building is excellent. I was not made aware that the actual steel building is supplied and erected by Carolina Carports until after purchase. However, the two companies seem to work quite seamless together. The staff at both companies are good and easy to communicate with.

Great website to design your own carport. Easy to use and self explanatory. Customer service is outstanding!

I ordered a Gable metal roof with 10ft legs, One gable endcap and 1 side panel per side for extra strength. The building showed up and was put up with no side panels. Alans uses a subcompany Carolina Carports for shipmates and installs. When I called to let them know there was no side panels they looked at the order and agreed that it showed the color of the side panels but none was sent. A very rude lady then calls me back and says that there was nothing on the order for side panels. She was rude from the minute I answered the phone. Then a lady from Alans called and let me listen to a recording when I originally called to order and the side panels was not mentioned but had nothing of when I did speak to a gentleman requesting the side panels. This company will never get anymore of my business or any of the business owners in my area. You actually work with 4 or 5 different people from 2 different companies which is not good business at all. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SCAMMER!!!

Answer to Susies reply: I never said I didnt call back... she just conveniently said she didnt have a record of me calling back. I did speak to a gentleman and requested two 3x20ft panel for the upper walls... this is a very dishonest company.

You will say anything and come up with any kind of lie to justify your statements... you can lie all you want but there was a discussion with a gentleman and the panels were on the original order. But when the building showed up and the panels were not shipped your cover up was to say the panels were never on the order.. The panels were requested and paid for but I never received my total package. Of course your gonna say theres no other calls about this order but there was. To all others that are thinking about using this company... save yourself a headache and money and find a more honest company to deal with.

So far I've only been through to you today and park and making my down payment. So far I've got the spot picked out and it's all flagged off I'm just waiting for him to bring the building.

Easy to use the web site. Everyone has been prompt and nice when dealing with me. No issues at all.

Had a few questions concerning ordering a garage from them. Customer service was very helpful and answered all my questions. Really appreciate that. Second product I have ordered from them. Very satisfied.
