It took 3 months after I ordered before I got my carport,
The crew that did it was drinking bush beer as they worked while the supervisor sat in his truck, my ground was not completely level so the supervisor said it would cost me $350 more for his guys to level it.
I'm still picking up screws off my driveway that the supervisor said they will use the magnet and make sure to get them all, well they did not.

Everyone one I have delt with has been wonderful. From the ease of the online design tool to scheduling the install, each step has exceeded my expectation.

Ordering online was great. Customer service from Carolina Carports is poor. Ordered our carport March 16th. They have scheduled twice and never showed. Showed up once at 8:30 at night and wanted us to bring it to the house as they couldn't drive up driveway. Driveway is asphalt. None of them spoke English. Call every week and they say they will call back and never do.

When I finalized my contract by sending photos on 3/27/26. I was told that they were 6 to 8 weeks out for my area and I would be called a week before they came. It's now 5/28/26 and I called this morning and was referred to a scheduling agent
The agent said that it would at the soonest be after June 22nd. This will make my permit expire for the second time and I will have to reapply and pay over $300 again. This just isn't good business. You should have an agent in contact with your customers on a regular basis letting them know the status of their order.

Great customer service. Answered all of my questions with great knowledge and even answered some before I had a chance to ask them.

Very simple process. A little daunting at “checkout” due to the lack of confirmation on everything, felt like I was placing an Amazon order or something. But, as soon as you do checkout, you receive a personalized email amongst a few others which rest me at ease. Best pricing for the quality and very courteous staff!

I planned and ordered my building on-line. It was easy and smooth transaction. After ordering the communication from Alan’s Representatives was AWSOME.

I priced my building through other building sellers, including local and could find none cheaper. I would order another building from them again. Of course that depends on the finished product after being delivered and installed.

So far so good. Everything seems to be in place. The ordering process went well. The feedback and instructions were understandable.

So far everything has been great. We haven’t received our structure as yet, but the response has been prompt and every detail has been addressed.

The initial design process was quite easy and Alan’s was very responsive. The bad part is it takes months after your site is prepared to receive your building. The garage doors that come with the building are complete garbage. If I knew I would have ordered it without garage doors and had them installed on my own. Also, the man door doesn’t close well unless you put a shoulder into it
