Suppose 12ga tube all around to be strong to withstand hurricane windsbut horizontal support structure end up being a lot thinner. I am not satisfied with the material. Guys installed were very professional but the material the company provided were not. Calling and reschedule is hard to reach them. Best go with local builders

I do see you selected 12 GA framing, which would pertain to the roof bows, leg posts, and baserails. If you did not receive 12 GA framing for these components, please let us know so we can be sure this is corrected.
Please keep in mind that the building is comprised of a variety of components, and not all materials are 12 GA. For example, the roof and siding material is made of 26 GA sheet metal, per your order selections.

Quick and easy process to design, order, schedule and build. Everyone is friendly and willing to help if needed. Brianna contacted me and questioned my choice of roof color. I switched to what she suggested and she was right. It’s much nicer. They care.

Great product, frustrating process.
The online configurator is great and easy to work with to give you a clear idea of what it will look like once complete. The correspondence with the customer service team to make sure all colors were to meet expectations was also great.
Once scheduling was set for a Wednesday, the installer reached out the Monday before wanting to move the installation up 1 day. With most folks this may be encouraged, however with my current job, days off must be scheduled and approved ahead of time and changing them on short notice is not always an easy task. After persistent contact from the installer, I finally made the short notice change to my schedule and the unit was installed a day ahead of schedule.
With the site clearly marked, it was explained to the installer that the markers closest to the house were not to be moved. The markers farthest away could be adjusted to square up the installation site. This clear instruction was ignored, and the most critical marker (2.5 feet from the Natural Gas supply line) was moved closer to the house by nearly 14" leaving the newly installed structure misaligned with relation to the house.
The workmanship is great and the structure looks like it will last for many years, the misalignment and scheduling back and forth are things I can clearly live with but adds an element of frustration for something that cost more than $5,000.
