Taxes are added after the purchase, a first for me!
The ease of the website wasn't too bad. I went to checkout, then almost $1000.00 was added to my purchase! You'd think all the expenses would be added on at checkout! Live and learn, then ya go somewhere else!
*In response to your reply* taxes are usually added BEFORE a purchase, as with 99% of purchases I've made, this being the 1% that they're not! Thanks though!

We are so very sorry the local sales tax, that were added once you provided your full address in the check-out process, increased the cost by almost $1,000. We truly wish taxes were not a requirement as well, & do apologize that you overlooked this additional cost before you finalized your purchase.

No so good
Not so good. They use products from another company, they are only a middleman, and can’t offer a simple plan for permitting purposes until you pay for the unit. And If you don’t get the permit you don’t get the building and you loose your money. The lady, Christy I believe, recommend I use a better company that actually has plans so you don’t get screwed out of your money.

Mr. Richter,
I think you may have misread the email we sent you when you inquired about our buildings. With this in mind, I have copied it below for your quick reference:
The generic engineer blue prints are available with many of our buildings at no additional cost. These drawings would be emailed to you upon request, directly from the manufacturer after an order has been placed and a deposit has been paid. Unfortunately, the plans do not belong to our company and the manufacturer only sends them out upon receiving a signed purchase agreement.
However, should your permit be denied, we can help you cancel your order and refund your deposit in full. We would just need a copy of the permit denial to assist with that request.
If we can help to clear up any other possible confusion, please let us know.

120 days of waiting, 24 hours to lose your spot
I ordered a carport on Oct 23, 2025, with an expected 60-90 day window. Today is Feb 20, 2026—120 days later—and I still have no install date. They finally called on Feb 17 to schedule. I returned the call the very next day, only to be told I had been skipped and they have no idea when they’ll be back in my area. It is completely unacceptable to expect a customer to wait 4 months for a call, but then bump them to the back of the line if they don't answer within hours. Zero respect for the customer’s time.
