It's far too early for a survey at this point, Staff has been very responsive to request made. I wasn't aware, or didn't see that it would be 6-8 weeks out from receiving pictures, thus could be 12-14+ weeks out rather then 6-8 when I entered my zip and from submitting the deposit. That is disappointing to know

Andres Escamilla and his crew came today to install my 20X30 ft. Carport today. They were well mannered, and did a most excellent job. They were most efficient, and I would recommend their work to anybody.

Although due to county restrictions, we weren’t able to go through with our carport purchase, the process was great, from purchase to our eventual cancellation of the purchase. The customer service was top notch.

Purchasing with Alan was an easy online experience. We were able to choose options and move doors where we wanted them to build the garage we wanted. When we added the second garage door the program even informed us that the building had to be a certain height to allow the second door. Great program. We really liked that we got a price instantly without having to enter my contact information and wait on a quote. The companies that required that lost out on an opportunity of doing business with us because we left their site and moved on to the next one. I even called right after placing my order to make a correction to my order and that was an easy process. So far, a great company to work with.

Everyone that I've talked to answered all of my questions and were very helpful. The communication was superb and guided me throughout each step of the way and made sure the building was to my liking even after final stages of ordering.

Installation went perfectly. The 2 man crew were friendly and courteous. Carport was installed in about 2 hours. Couldn't have asked for a better carport!

Paid the deposit and signed the contract over a month ago.
No word on the installation date!

Very easy to deal with , and responds quickly with answers to any questions. You can design with ease your building and see exactly ho it will look. I was very happy with the cost compared to others.

I have not yet had the carport installed, but the customer service was very good. The girls were really quick to respond to my questions from Alan's as well as CCI and they were very knowledgeable about their products and services.
The only thing I would say is to possibly put more information on Alan's site, in the planning stages, the requirements for different style installations like concrete pad requirements, etc. I had my slab poured prior to ordering the building and was unaware of the requirements which ended up costing me more than anticipated.

They do work with you as best they can and give options to help.

As others have stated the whole delivery process lacks professionalism and communication was worst than any company of anything I have dealt with. The representative for Tennessee was rude and very unhelpful through the entire process. I am not one who writes bad reviews. In fact, this is probable the first I have written but I felt it necessary for those considering this company. I also hope it helps the company make some needed changes in policy and/or personnel. My order date was 11/3/25. My completion date was 3/3/26. The delay was not all their fault at least in the end. However, the communication from Tennessee representative was terrible through the entire process. The ordering process was a challenge in that what they would call the end was in fact the back or side. (1.) Some of the charges are confusing in that they charged me $620 to close in what was to be the entry portion. Then they charged me another $500 just to cut that portion out for the door. During the process I notice that the only thing they had to cut was about 18" off the top of the opening. (2). The carport was to be delivered first time in December which was great since I was due for surgery in January 8th.(3). I had double check all the measurements. Called a few times and when finally able to speak with someone, was told that the bottom cord of the truss on a 10' leg would be around 11' 7" and would clear a window and door. ... It did not. I can own part of that because of the slope of the pad there. Then I had to pay a restocking fee of $350. They could've left all but the legs and went to their next job. They said it was a returning fee but the crew that returned was not the same crew. (?) (4). Then there was the charge of $350 to build over a porch. This was a 4x6 stoop that caused absolutely no issue for the contractor. All I saw it offer was a place they put their drinks and charged their tools. This should be refunded. (5) The crew that came did an outstanding job once communication could be clear. However, they were due here the afternoon of March 3rd and finish on the 4th. My wife was in hospital so I set up ring camera and ask my adult son if he could come and meet them. End of day of the 3rd came and not a word. I called Deanna the representative for Tennessee and her reply was " Oh yea, it looks like they got tied up on a job in another place that was not likely to make it today. The contractor never called, she never called but I had to call to find this out and the time we had carved out in a very difficult situation was for nothing. The next day well after lunch the contractor appeared. My ring camera was on , I left a note with number to call me or my son who left work to meet them. I called contractor and began going through the process although he had the drawing. My son came with an interpretation app on phone and got them started. By the time I got home with my wife from the hospital, they were almost complete. One small problem... he closed the whole backside with metal!. when I went to speak with him about it he tried to tell me that this is what drawing showed. However, when he and I looked at the drawing it showed that there was only to be a 3' piece across the back of that side. He agreed and politely took it off. (6) That leads to my final chapter. After he left, I noticed all the crew holes left in the legs. I called Deanna about it and told her that I ws concerned about rust and also wasp building in the legs and thought I should be compensated to fill the holes on my own. She first said 'Oh honey I can guarantee those holes won't matter' and 'We are not discounting you any more because we have already discounted all we are going to. I asked to speak to a supervisor or owner to which she replied; "I can have them reach out to you" I told her I would rather call them. Please give me their number. She replied; ' there is a lot of them' I said give me one. To my surprise instead of a number to costumer service or supervisor she gives me the number to the receptionist who then finally gets me in touch with costumer service. Vallerie was very kind but wanted to go down same road that the holes wouldn't matter. They gave me $150 and promised to send bag of screws for me to fix holes. Later she called and said the contractor was in area and would do it. When I got home i noticed it was done but the screws he put in did not have the rubber washers that they used for the metal.
I told Vallerie, there needs to be an interpreter with contractors that can't communicate clearly in English. Not just for customer sake but for contractors sake. Also a lesson in customer service and communication with Tennessee representative is imperative. I cannot in good conscience ever recommend this company to anyone else. In fact , at this present time I will do everything I can to make sure none of my friends, construction collogues, or home owners ever use this company.
