Great service from the time of ordering to delivery, the delivery chap was helpful and polite and carried the panels inside. The panels themselves look super nice and good quality. Should I ever need panels again, these guys will be my first port of call

Second time purchase acoustic panels from british homes direct without any issue a bit long delivery but all good. Im planning to made a third purchase next year

Great communication, The delivery driver called the night before to let me know when his estimated delivery time would be and asked me to send him a pin as my address is rural and hard to find.
Delivered earlier than anticipated which was fine as I was already up waiting for his call. The driver delivered into my garage. Lovely guy. I haven't opened the box as yet but as I ordered 5 The fifth one can be seen and looks perfect. I have left them flat on the garage floor to make sure they don't warp untill ready to fit.
