Support is slow and everything is a hit or miss, rewards take ages to credit but otherwise 1.5% is pretty good for a non-credit card card for rewards. Update - Raising this to 4 stars as the reward... Voir plus

I have been trying to call them since Thursday and have had no luck the phone just goes to their voicemail after clicking pressing the options and they do not reply quick on email. I have called during their opening hours to make sure that I can get in touch with them and still nothing. I have asked for help and someone to speak to twice on the in app customer service and no one has replied. This is a Terrible and frustrating experience

I’ve never had a problem with Algbra my moneys always been safe.. and the customer services work fast to resolve any issues you may have highly recommend they also have cubes were you can safely save your money and sending and receiving money is fast

Algbra are keeping my money it's been 3 days now and nothing I shall be taking further action against the company 😡 bearing in mind I have functional neurological disorder as far as new I thought thay were a bank account so thay have shut my bank account down with my money in there of £1800 I am so stressed and upset by this. I was saving for my wetroom and thay have took my money 🙁

Algbra are withholding everybody’s money whether it be incoming or outgoing payments, how very CONVENIENT that these undisclosed “technical issues” always result in these companies keeping people’s money with no specified time scale. Absolute disgrace.

I sent funds to my little cousin account from my Lloyd’s, and money was held, I contact them through my Algbra account with my transaction history, with my details still haven’t heard anything from them, she needs the money to move to a new house, as will have to pay for truck and other things.
Scam bank, stay clear.
App is very buggy and keeps locking you out. No support from customer service as they are very slow to respond and only solve half the problem.
So essentially you can pay in, but good look trying to get money out.

Won’t return my Fund after deactivated account received a payment.
I received a payout from my brokerage account, unfortunately my deactivated Algbra account was set up with my brokerage account. It’s been a month and half. They still not returning my funds back to me. They won’t give a reason for the deactivation of my account. Despite giving them all the evidence and information as source of my income and other private information. I guess deactivating my account without a reason is within their rights. However, holding someone’s money in is not a nice thing.
People has expenses to pay, having my hard earned money being blocked by some dodgy online bank is extremely stressing.
