We have good experience with Al Haramain Travel, Zahra Kanwal was amazing she sorted out our package according to our needs and assisted us through out the journey.
I have checked the prices with different Travel agent but Zarah kanwal worked hard and gave me the best and cheapest package.

We was tolled about medina hotel that is on walking distance but actually it was approximately 27 to 30 minutes and hotel is rubbish because rooms are not clean , third quality carpets on floor mattress are very hard to.i do know about the quality of the breakfast because i haven’t been there yet.Please i am not recommending to anyone about this hotel. This hotel is only two star please do not listen to agent what they explained you they olny wants to sell it

Exellent service we booked through Al Haramain travels Haider Ali did our booking had a pleasant trip everything was organised by Haider the travelling from Airport to makkah then to Madina to the transport staff was professional we had a direct contact for Haider on whatsapp so anytime we had any issues we could contact him on whatsapp would strongly recommend travelling with Al haramain and ask to speak to Haider his knowledge and understanding was excellent

My booking agent was erum and she was fantastic, she found me the best possible deal and was professional and helpful throughout my experience with her, i would recommend using this company and i will be using it again.

Can I  give a -5. Took money by Deception. Noman told us over the phone that the deposit is refunded if there is an emergency. Sent contract which we signed in good faith but later said they can't give the money back as it is in the contract. My issue is not the money by the way but the way this gangster agency operates. You call them for a price only like most people do to find a good deal. Now that they had our number they bashed our phone Noman with a funny English accent was very persistent and demanding in his tone called incessantly even though we told him him we have already had a word with someone we know and most likely will be going with him. He said he can come up with a better package.
His  use of colonial English words like "mam" and "sir" was hilarious 😆. But felt good that we are getting these titles without the blessings of the King.
The issue is not the money but the way he played it. On the phone he assured us that it is refundable and the contract says otherwise. I would have much preferred he tell me on the phone by the way the money you are going to send will not be refunded I seriously would have preferred that as I would have appreciated his honesty. Anyway "Sir" did give a partial refund and the rest he initially said that they paid the deposit for the hotels. We asked Noman for proof like invoices etc or booking confirmation. He said he has emailed them we never received any email. Then on two separate occasions he said give me 5 to 10 minutes and I will send the payment proof. Nothing received. Ultimately he began holding us hostage saying when we decide when to go with "them" in future they will deduct the amount (As if we will risk paying them more). I can write more but you get it. BTW not only are they dishonest but heartless as our cancellation was due to severe illness (brain tumour operation) and proof of this was submitted. Just to WARN people their contract is one sided and very imbalanced in the sense that only they can rescind it and the consumer is given no Rights of Cancellation or Refund. They don't go through the contract with you like most honest and transparent companies do or state seek independent advice before signing etc. That's why they send  the contract after receiving the money. If they send it before not many people will pay after reading the unfair clauses

hey just say on the phone refundable and send the contract thinking that the customer will sign it trusting their word.
This morning Noman the Colonial Jester asked for our post code so he can process our "partial refund". Nobody asks that information. It sounded dodgy and because we lost all faith in the travel agency we blatantly refused to give it. They have copies of our passports which is worrying and I will be emailing them to destroy any information they hold about us including contact numbers and send confirmation by email that they have done so.
My advice go with someone you know and if you decide to go with these colonial jesters then ask them to send you the contract first but remember it's NON REFUNDABLE
P.S. one reviewer even wrote that he went to their address on College Road and there was no such company. Shocking.

just wants to get the money first that’s all. Wouldn’t recommend it at all. Took my money and couldn’t give me a refund

Although the agents were courteous but the overall experience was so so.
Instead of Umrah visa the visiting visa was issued which doesn’t provide same benefits as Umrah visa.
The hotel in Medina was booked for 3 nights instead of 5 and it took two days to sort out. The drivers in Makkah were not very friendly.
The company needs to improve in some fields. Ie , quick response to customers queries, more open and thorough with the services they provide and should have a 24/7 Service.

I was referred by a friend who used Alharamiantravel as a package deal a few years back. But I didn't want that, Raja Umer is an absolute gem. He is contactable 24hrs a day via WhatsApp. All my questions to queries were answered straightaway, making me feel as ease all the time. I wanted specific days and asked for the nearest hotels for both Makkah and Madinah which they were. The transportation from the airports to hotels and back were included in my package, they are reasonable priced and I will definately use Alharamian Travel again and refer to them to friends and family. Thank you to Raja Umer again.

Haider Ali, one of consultants at the firm is extremely knowledgable and goes above and beyond with every query proposed to him. Having used Haider twice now, I highly recommend Haider and the firm for any holiday or business bookings.

We had our third Umrah with Alharmain and they continued to provided top service. Our flights, transfers and hotels were all top notch. Agent Irfan Ameen is someone who treats his customers like his family, taking care of all aspects of your journey making sure things remain at a very high standard. JazakAllah Alharmain and JazakAllah Irfan.

Asim was an amazing worker I have booked with him he has very great customer service even when I lost my temper with him he still made the effort to call me back and give me the best deals. Can’t wait to book more holidays with him 100% recommendation!!!!

Really good travel agent for Umrah, we were going for the first time with a big family including a baby.
