This company was able to make changes to products in their hampers, which I found really helpful. It was the first time I had used them and the hamper arrived by the required date which was a great relief. As I was ordering from the UK for an Australian and that was so easy.

I placed this order from Istanbul in Turkey as a thank you on behalf of a tour group to the couple that organised it. Placing the order was so quick and easy and I requested a delivery date for after everyone arrived back on Australia and it was delivered exactly as requested. The couple were delighted with their gift, not only the wine gift pack but also with the engraving on the glasses.

Delivery service was the only negative, as the gift was not left at the door as asked… and didn’t even knock. There was someone home at this time. The parcel went to the post office. Not ideal when this was a surprise gift!

Although my experience was good, I had difficulty paying for the item, but I was able to figure it out later. I did love that there was an option to get the items delivered on a specific date. This is something I didn't see on many sites, and it made the difference for me. The package made it on time.
