After reviewing other companies offering the same service I chose A Little Luxury based on other customer reviews. I ordered a special item for my Sons’ wedding day in Australia..A bit hesitant initially having had bad experience buying from here in the UK and trusting the order would be fulfilled and be delivered after paying in full ( different payment options at the checkout gives more flexibility for the purchaser) . A Little Luxury kept me informed through the whole process after placing the order on their site. You can change certain aspects of the order on the site which made it more personal to the recipient e.g packaging, personalised ribbon etc.Responsive and prompt service and the carrier I chose from a selection informed me ( as I had requested) when the gift was delivered ( within the timescale they predicted too👍🏼) Will definitely use this company again as I felt secure and reassured they would deliver a good service after reading numerous reviews from other customers and I was proven right. There are a lot of gifts to choose from. You can change items in a hamper for another item or add additional items. The hampers are beautifully wrapped and presented. The prices are reasonable. The website is easy to navigate. They always arrive on time.

Ordered a lovely picnic hamper as a gift for my daughter in Australia I changed a few items and added others. It arrived within a few days exactly when they said it would and she said it was perfect lovely wooden hamper and the products were exceptional

Beware phone number listed is not working and listed as not valid and then when dropping 0 before the 2 goes to a Real estate Company poor guy! This is dodgy! I ordered a gift for delivery 🚚 n Friday 13th February and the company have decided to send it a day earlier. This really brasses me off. They have no right to decide when to deliver it at their whim. I ordered the parcel for the 13th February for a reason. Very disappointed and won’t be using again. I decide delivery as the customer NOT the company! Gift delivered two days (Wednesday) before requested. Emailed company and they blamed the courier company. Joke. I then had to contact recipient. So much for surprises. Extremely disappointed.
