Easy to use website. Lovely clear photos. Good communication without an avalanche of emails etc.

Sending a Christmas hamper from UK was very easy using A Little Luxury. Very easy to navigate their website and create your own personal gift. My children loved the hamper, delivered on time and the additional birthday present was beautifully wrapped. I will definitely be using them again to send a gift.

Very prompt delivery of a beautiful picnic hamper for my relatives in Sydney who helped us out with the storms in Queensland when there was no power for 4 days & put us up in a beautiful hotel. They were very impressed with the picnic hamper. We ordered more beers as well and they packed it in the hamper so neatly. They absolutely loved it and said the picnic basket will come in handy for their picnics on their holidays. Thank you a little luxury! The gift was well received, thanks. It was not difficult to navigate and select on your website.
It was for our daughter's wedding anniversary and based on the info on expected delivery times provided I thought the gift would reach them in time. You also sent the package on the same day I purchased but Aussie Post took their own time travelling the country to reach the destination on the 4th Dec well past the date required. And no useful tracking info available. A bit bit disappointing but granted given the Xmas rush. Allgood that ended well.
