Really unpleasant experience. Long waits to get the car and even longer to return it (around 2 hours). Woman I dealt with rude (chewing gum, no eye contact). On return she pointed to damage to the car which had been there on collection. I had to go through her photos with her and argue my case for many of these. It was really stressful. There was a small scratch of the alloy wheel for which they charged £360 (which they reduced by £60 because of complaints about the running of car) together with a £60 service fee. The car itself (Hyundai i10) seemed to lose power at a certain speed and I didn't feel completely safe driving it

Absolutely horrendous experience. Took 2 hours to collect the car from Heathrow, got the car completly wrong (I paid for a big SUV and they gave me a small car (mini) and they even laughed in our faces when they realised we couldn't fit all with luggages in the car. Then another hour just to drop the car and to finish even worst, been waiting for my deposit back for over a month now, when I asked why was it taking so long, the person on the phone was quite rude, gave me a simple explanation said bye and finished the phone call...
