The process was easy and I love my new shirts.

Reply. I need to respond to the Alohawai response.. The address is correct, The replace item is only available once the shipper has returned the lost item, it still has not been returned, And Alice has not worked with me with a simple solution of sending out a item as she knows I have not received the first one.
I have had a horrible experience with Alohawai Store. I ordered a Padres shirt on 8/17 for $70.90. It is now 9/22 and I have yet to receive it. Alice their customer service rep has been absolutely no help. Very Disappointed!!!

The material used to make the shirts is wonderful! The designs are amazing and I consistently receive positive comments from people I meet while wearing the shirts. The only set back is that some of the stitching at the sleeves has come apart and I have had to find a way to get this repaired. Otherwise, the sizes, material, and design are amazing! The wait time to get the shirts is also acceptable and the contact from the company with regards to shipping details is not too bad.

The shirts your company creates are comfortable and easy to wear they wash well and lasts for awhile after washings the don’t wrinkle.

I love your products. I initially ordered one NJ Devils shirt and absolutely loved it. I loved it soo much I ordered a second one. And now I have a third and I'm fighting from buying a forth. Keep up the good work. The shirts are comfortable and made from quality materials. I'm sure I'll be tempted by another must have design any day now.

The shirt size runs smaller than other medium shirts i have purchased.
It's a little tight so I need to lose a little more weight for it to fit better.
Had I known this, I would have ordered a large.
Other than that it looks great.

I was sent an incorrect shirt. I ordered a cotton button up collar shirt and I received a cheap polyester Cuban collar style shirt that I could have bought online for ten dollars! The company replied that I received what I ordered when I wrote them to complain. Beware of this company and make sure you take screenshots of every order page showing exactly what you order. The shirts they send out are cheap material and nowhere the quality one would expect for the price. Their customer service is horrible.
Update: the reply posted by Alohawai is typical for the response from them. I sent screenshots of my order with the item circled to prove that I did not receive what I ordered. As I said previously, their customer service is terrible. Do not expect them to admit to sending inferior quality merchandise. Their shirts can be purchased online for much cheaper for the same cheap quality. And NOTE: they try to make it seem like they are a US or UK based company. My item arrived in a torn package from China.

The shirts are great. Service and delivery met expectations. I have ordered more products.

The Kansas City shirt looks just as good in person as it does online. I’m glad they explained the shipping time frame. It takes a little time to get the shirt, but be patient. It’s worth the wait.

The Bengals shirt looks incredible! I should have ordered a smaller size. I knew it was going to be big on me. I’m going to have a heart transplant soon and I need shirt that aren’t too tight. I will be ordering another shirt soon. I get lots of compliments on it.

The shirt was gift to son for 35th birthday.
