I think the product is very good, but because of the non existent customer service I will take a lot of convincing to use this company in the future.

I strongly recommend staying away from AlphaGvrd.
If it was possible I would give them ZERO star!!!
I requested to cancel my order only a few hours after placing it because I had already sold the camera and no longer needed the accessory. I contacted them immediately, yet they ignored my cancellation request and charged my card anyway.
What’s even worse: I sent four separate emails and never received a single response. No explanation, no support, just complete silence.
Charging a customer after a timely cancellation request and then ignoring multiple emails is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
I am demanding a full refund with no return shipping costs, since this situation exists solely because they failed to act on my cancellation request.
Until this is resolved, I will continue sharing this experience publicly so others know what to expect.

We placed our order in early February…
We placed our order in early February and received it in early March. The wait is fine as long as the product is high quality and actually arrives. However, my advice to the company: if there are shipping delays, please reach out to the customer. We start to get nervous on our end! That being said, we are incredibly happy with the product and its quality. It’s a great item, but the company really needs to improve its communication. I’d give 5 stars for the product, but only 2 stars for communication (though you did eventually reply).

I ordered several products and entered my current address in order to calculate shipping. Once my order was placed, I saw that my old address from 2 years ago had been substituted in the order. I immediately emailed support - 2 weeks later, no response & items shipped to old address. Since they have no current working phone number, I emailed again. No response after a couple of days. I resorted to using the online chat box. After 1/2 hour, they were finally able to issue a new order - but again to the wrong address. After a good deal more time, they finally corrected the shipping address. Horrible that there is no phone number or email support!
100% avoid this company like the plague

Bank dispute raised due to not recieving product. 100% avoid.
These guys are total scum bags
These guys are total scum bags. Their "customer service" is a joke. I ordered two wraps for my cameras, it took a few days for them to ship then they decided to ship USPS. Why anyone uses them is beyond me, but I suppose they're cheap. Well USPS lost the package for like 2 weeks. I reached out for a status several times no response. Finally had to file a dispute with AMEX to get anyone to respond. Use literally anyone else instead of these clowns.

As I understand it, they send the goods every Friday and I order on a Saturday, so I place an order a little week before they send. the item is in perfect condition and completely as described on their website. Can only recommend the company based on my experience. I am very satisfied.
Disappointing
I have been trying to get a response from this company for more than a month regarding a refund for a product that was never delivered. The package was returned to the seller, yet despite multiple emails, I have received no reply and no refund. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I cannot recommend this company until they improve their customer support and resolve issues like this in a timely manner.

Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service. Multiple experiences with problems and no response. Paid for products I’ve never got and can’t reach anyone. I’ve bought 10+ items from them, but never again.
When tings go wrong there is not help!
Have shopped a few times without any problems. Last time I was missing part of what I ordered. Of course I wrote to them about the problem and what they would do about it. Total silence, no answer. So the conclusion must be that when there is a mistake there is no help. So I will not shop here again and I definitely will not recommend it to others!
Slow manufacturing and shipping
Slow manufacturing and shipping. Took so long that it would not get to my original address in time as I was going on a trip, customer service said they could ship it to an address that I was going to and FedEx for a quicker shipping. Then they ended up shipping it three days later than they said they were going to ship it and ship the USPS and it will take a week longer to the original address which I will not be at for two or three months so I basically threw away $100 on a few skins that are not going where they said they were going to ship them. They now will not return any of my emails Avoid it all costs.
Absolutely amazing product
Absolutely amazing product I was honestly a little skeptical at first thinking it would end up looking really tacky but the skin I ordered ended up looking amazing on both my camera and lens

Great products
I've bought many skins from there at this point and I really enjoy the diversity of the products. They do take a bit of time to ship the product, but this isn't a pivotal purchase that actually changes function, so it hasn't bothered me. Nothing came damaged and everything was extremely easy to install. I did my Sony A7IV with ease and each lens wrapping takes me no more than 3 minutes maybe.
