I have been an alternative brewing customer for years and their products are always super high quality and they have a great selection. I tried to buy a product for a friend and there was issues with the delivery because my friend's house is difficult to deliver to and she has to be home to recieve the parcel. Jai from customer service for alternative brewing was a legend throughout the whole process, staying in touch with courier and when we couldn't find a way to deliver it has issued a return to sender and will refund me for the product. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in awhile.

Recently purchased the Airscape Classic Matte Chalk - storage container, from Alternative Brewing.

Really impressed with this coffee bean storage canister. Looks amazing and the internal press seal is easy to use, super smooth and pushes all the air out. Beans are now way fresher.

Easy hassle free purchase. The Hario Skerton hand grinder is so easy to use with the attached jar holding the exact amount required to make the cold brew in my new Hario 1L cold brew pot. I can also do a grind ahead of time and seal the jar with the included lid. Would use Alternative Brewing again.

Unfortunately my $1200 coffee machine broke down so I took the oportunity to upgrade my stovetop brewer while it is getting fixed, justifying my purchase that I would be able to make great coffee when we go camping too!

I ordered the bundle and it arrived promptly, and luckily it happened to be a week before cyclone Alfred rolled into town. I managed to get the hang of brewing a great coffee in a couple of days, and nek minute, Alfred stole our power for 2 days.

Even on a shit day in the middle of a cyclone I could still brew a great coffee in the morning after driving rain and wind kept us up all night ripping bits off our roof.

No power, but I just set up the camping stove in the kitchen, and we were off again!

It makes great coffee, even when you don’t get it all quite right, it tastes better than some badly made coffee shop efforts.

Yes it takes a bit longer, but good things come to those that wait!

The kids love being able to steam milk for their hot chockies too!

Double thumbs up for this set up, just need to get the grinder now!!😁

I am totally blown away by both the quality of the Picopresso and the double shots of coffee it creates. As a novice coffee brewer who has only been playing with manual espresso for less than 6 months and never used espresso machine of any kind beforehand, I have managed to create good to awesome shots out of this! I have coupled it with a great hand grinder to be able to dial in just right. The added safety feature it has of pressure relief valve so you can pull a shot with confidence and really get the grinds fine enough for that God Shot. I love the fact it's small enough to pack into a small bag along with my cup, some pre dosed ground coffee and a cleaning cloth for my coffee at work. Thank you AB for fantastic, prompt, friendly and always informative service! Can't recommend them or the Picopresso enough! I am one very happy 54 year old novice home Barista!
