The experience feels less intuitive than expected, with features that can be confusing and difficult to navigate at times. Performance also seems inconsistent, which makes using the service frustrating during regular activity. Important information isn’t always presented clearly, leaving users unsure about certain processes and outcomes. Customer support could also be more responsive, as resolving issues often takes longer than it should. My experience with, Quick VIP, has been considerably smoother and far less stressful .

¿Excusas, incompetencia o falta de personal para un reset de 2FA?
Desde que el 11/07/25 pedí un reset del 2FA de mi cuenta, realizando el proceso requerido para ello (y subsanado el 15/07/25 conforme me indicaron), estoy sin poder acceder a mi cuenta porque ni Soporte ni Compliance de Altify han solucionado el problema.
No puede ser que en otros sitios es algo que se tramite con celeridad y en cambio aquí te dan excusas que no ayudan a solucionar tu problema.
Mientras, Alfity, de solución a mi problema y si tienen muchas incidencias o pocos empleados pues mejoren la plataforma o metan más empleados.
No puede ser que desde el 11/07/25 no pueda acceder a mi cuenta y más cuando ayer ya les dije que si no se solucionaba mi problema por ayer, les iba a realizar una crítica negativa. Bien, pues aquí está porque no me han dado otra elección y créamen que no me gusta porque es muy frustrante.
Como comprenderán no puedo recomendar Altify a nadie (y éso q. hubo un tiempo en que lo hice cuando era Coinpanion).
