Revix lost my crypto to a Korean…
Revix lost my crypto to a Korean company Haru. So much for trusting a "JSE Backed company". Then they have the nerve to change to Altify, without notifying clients. These are scammers. Also, their fees are high. Rather just go buy a bitcoin ETF - its much safer than dealing with these id-iots.

There is no customer support
There is no customer support, only chatbot. Have sent BTC to another exchange, cannot get details on transaction for other platform to receive. Major red flags, three days, only chatbots.
Do not put your money on this exchange. Getting #FTX vibes

Reserved Funds - HARU
I'm a pensioner who invested on the Revix Platform more than 2 years ago. I recently requested assistance to sell my shares. I was informed that some of my funds are reserved and given this response.
"The available portion of your portfolio can be liquidated at any time and remains unaffected by the Haru suspension. Issues pertaining" Haru" is news to me. The response what I received from Joe of Altify
"The reserved crypto asset balance that’s shown on your profile will remain reserved until such time that we have further information about the distribution we’ll receive from Haru(Korean investor) and a decision has been made in this regard."
Details of" Haru" were never mentioned when signing up. I am of the opinion that when you
purchase shares...
These shares I already own cannot be reserved when a sell request is made. When you decide to sell shares you own, they become available for sale on the market. The concept of "reserved shares" typically applies to new shares being issued, such as in an initial public offering (IPO), where a portion of shares may be reserved for specific investors before they are available for public trading. Once you own shares, they are no longer reserved; they are considered part of your ownership and can be sold on the open market.
I humbly seek assistance in this regard. I deem the treatment and business practise by Altify is illegal. This is a serious anomaly which is not practised on other platforms. I urge all Altify clients to assist in resolving this unlawful practise.
I will be exposing this anomaly through the proper legal channels.

Tried to withdraw my funds last year
Tried to withdraw my funds last year, and received a "system maintenance" alert, so I was unable to withdraw, which was frustrating, but not life or death. That was until I received a notification from Revix/Altify advising me that a portion of all of my assets, they had invested with a dodgy partner and they had frozen (not allowing me to access). This was in June 2023. I have still not been able to access my money. Very frustrating, especially as I see them "merging" and trading under different names. Do your research before investing in anything under this umbrella of companies.

Be careful
Signed up with Revix which become Altify - My Cryptobundle mysteriously lost value and become worth less than half the initial investment despite their own charts showing I should have had bigger return. Didn't correlate to the market...they've stolen my currency. It is what it is...I'd be weary using them.

Worst platform
Worst platform, worst service and worst fees!
Platform is very slow - the service is terrible - funds are frozen for what ever reason the the fees are horrendous!
Transferring 300 GBP for 30 - 50GBP!!! That is insane. Such a transaction costs them 0.50 GBP max - they just make money and handle things against their clients. And then UK / England is not even in their dropdown list and you cannot get your funds. I feel a lot of fraud here.
Do not use them!!!

Invested with Revix who are now Altify…
Invested with Revix who are now Altify a few years back. They insisted that you cant take any currency off platform and they hold this securely for you, which is never great. They than proceeded to invest for you on an overseas exchange that was clearly suspect and stole a bunch of crypto. Now a large percentage of funds stolen are tied up while we wait to probably never get it back. You should allow people to take there holdings off your exchange so we are not carrying the risk of your partner choices. Wouldnt use them again.

Customer service non existent
Customer service is terrible and that’s an understatement as it’s non existent! I have been attempting to contact them via chat and email for weeks now. I have lost my password, and am unable to reset it. The platform keeps saying that the password reset email has been sent. But I’m not receiving it, not in spam, not blocked by email provider, I don’t know… Really makes you think that this is all just a scam.

This company "reserves" 25% of my funds and refuses that I with draw the remaining 75%. Their support desk is useless. I will NEVER EVER invest another cent of my money with them

I cannot seen to move my bitcoin off…
I cannot seen to move my bitcoin off this platform into my personal wallet. If l click profile it shows the address of the bitcoin wallet with a NEXT button but nothing happens when l click it. Your support has not got back to me after two days.
