Easy Bundles, Great platform

A glitchy start…
Beeing a former coinpanion customer I do like the seamless integration to the new platform. However the new app design looks more like a “game” design than a professional investment app. Also every time you login in you have to set a new pin code, ridiculous? Moreover recurring buys are not manageable in terms of adjusting the amount. CRUD operations should be a basic requirement I think. Apart from this annoying glitches I am looking forward to the new alternative investment opportunities.

I am waiting since December 23 to get my money back. It was confirmed in the app and I wrote 10 times emails to the support helpdesk. No reply. Also in the app, no chat support available...
Seems like a black whole.

No withdrawals, technical issues, and no customer support
I used to be a customer of Coinpanion, which worked reasonably well, but they unfortunately decided to merge into Altify. (The new Altify mobile app is a disaster, but that's not what this review is about.)
After the transfer of my account to Altify, I've been trying to withdraw funds from Altify. To do so, I have to add bank details to my account, perhaps because I previously only interacted with Coinpanion. However, neither the mobile app nor the web app will let me add my bank account details, no matter how often I try.
Since this appears to be due to technical issues on Altify's side, I have been trying to get in touch with their customer support.
Their "AI-enabled Customer Support Bot" knows very basic information but is entirely useless beyond that.
I've tried choosing "Request a human operator" multiple times, to which the bot responds "An operator will get back to you shortly" every time, but no matter how long I wait, no human operator joins the chat. (At the time of writing this review, I've been waiting for a human operator to join the chat for more than an hour, and this isn't the first time I've tried either.)
Then, I've tried to contact their support by email, but it's been almost a week and I still haven't heard back from them besides the automated "We've received your email and are on it" message.
The quality of service has become unacceptable and customer support is virtually non-existent. I am still unable to withdraw any funds despite trying repeatedly for many days. I am beginning to wonder if Altify is simply yet another crypto scam.

Su app no permite verificarse para depositar y retirar
Desde la migración de Coinpanion a Altify, los clientes del primero ahora tienen q. verificarse en el segundo si quieren poder depositar o retirar. Para verificarse hay q. descargar la app y seguir los pasos. Sin embargo, descargas la app y su pantalla aparece en blanco (o en otros smartphones aparece Altify, pero no da opciones de avance para verificarse). Contactado el servicio de atención al cliente todo son buenas palabras y ni una buena acción para solventar el problema. No quiero pensar q. sean unos estafadores, pero caramba, alguna vez tendrán q. solventar el problema para poder depositar y retirar. El problema está en q. no permiten la verificación vía web y en cambio sí vía app, pero ésta un una auténtica chapuza, una auténtica negación q. deben reemplazar inmediatamente con otra versión. PD: Y si Altify quiere datos concretos basta con q. me faciliten lo soliciten e indiquen una dirección de email para contestarles.

Can’t open the app since the merger with Coinpanion. In my opinion they are scammers and I don’t have acces anymore to my wallet now. Hope you are not as dumb as me to deposit money and hope for a good ending.

Feeling dodgy and poor performance
Since the Altify migration things are very dodgy. Their security certificates are invalid, my bundles have lost significant value – more than those I hold with other providers (bought at the same time). The whole thing feels like a cash grab. I'd strongly suggest to stay away

We did initially experience issues with our new domain's security certificates, however, all was fixed and we can assure you that our security certificates remain valid.
All of our Crypto Bundles' performances are based on market movements and not something we have control over. If you have noted a discrepancy between our Bundles' return and another platform's returns for the same product, please reach out to us as we'd most definitely like to investigate the matter.

Revix uses Haru Invest which is a third…
Revix uses Haru Invest which is a third party platform. Haru has placed a halt on withdrawals, therefore Revix has placed a hold on 24% on client's portfolios. I have been battling to get the balance of my money out of my portfolio. They have taken 4 days to respond to my email. There is also no tel number to speak to anyone.

Not to be trusted
Stay away from these jokers. I decided to invest in PAX Gold and all the information I received indicated that my money was safe as they have agreements in place with Paxos. Nobody mentioned any other companies that they are completely dependant on to ensure your money is safe. Now I hear Haru was their partner and they will keep 24% of my holdings. So why was I never informed that my investment is dependant on Haru? This is not acceptable.

Anyone who owns PAX Gold has ownership rights to that gold under the custody of Paxos Trust Company. This agreement is still, and remains, in place.
Before the Haru incident, we used to mitigate the custodial risks of the crypto assets under our control by diversifying and distributing assets across several platforms and mechanisms, each one independent of the other. Accordingly, assets were commingled in accordance with our terms of service.

REVIX - What a lot of jokers
What a lot of jokers! Feeding their customers with the normal BS about backed funds and we all now stand to loose 24% of our money due to poor diligence.
And there is NO way they will solve this issue with their poorly chosen partner, so just write off that 24%.
Heed my warning people - take your 24% loss and RUN - crypto is just getting too risky and we already saw a couple of shockers lately. And the worst is that every server provider just shrug their shoulders and they do not take any responsibility.

As a business, we are backed by numerous companies, including one listed on the JSE. We have also undergone a proof of reserves audit in the past that proved all customer funds are accounted for, irrelevant of where these funds are stored across different custody mechanisms (like cold storage with crypto custody software, hardware wallets, MultiSig software wallets, etc.) and platforms (exchanges, partner platforms like Haru, etc.).
Before the Haru incident, we used to mitigate the custodial risks of the crypto assets under our control by diversifying and distributing assets across several platforms and mechanisms, each one independent of the other. Accordingly, assets were commingled in accordance with our terms of service.
It was never our intention, or expectancy, for something this awful to happen.
As you likely would've read in previous correspondence, Haru is a regulated virtual asset service provider (VASP) in the European Union and is further licensed as a Money Service Business (MSB) in the United States. These are not easy titles to come by, and ones that can only be obtained by in-depth due diligence from each of the mentioned jurisdictions. As a business, we, of course, did our due diligence as well, as we do with any other partner before making use of their services.
We deeply comprehend the anxieties and frustrations surrounding this situation and are by no means just shrugging our shoulders. We continue actively assessing all options and exploring all potential remedies.

Money lost at Revix
Money lost. 24% of my Bitcoin stolen by a poorly managed company Haru in South Korea. What's more when you try and withdraw any remaining funds from Revix you have to agree that you will waive any claims against Revix. Sounds fraudulent to me!
