I had a problem with my referrals who registered using my referral link, they did not show under my name. The team was supportive and very clear with communication. The team advised them to de-register an re-register using an App.The issue was resolved. Thank you

Fees Fees FEES - want to buy a crypto - expect to pay an overpriced fee, want to sell a Crypto - pay some more, want to withdraw - you guessed it! Investing platform or not, you are charging to much!! I understand the concept of charging a fee, and I am certainly not saying that having a fee in place is an issue, but consider what you are charging folks to transact on your platform. I could also purchase via Luno and let my funds grow - however at less than half of your fees - your move Revix. If you are more reasonable, I will be back. Until then, all the best

Please note that our fees are different from most other platforms as we are not a trading exchange or a savings wallet, but rather we are a long-term cryptocurrency investment platform.

So far so good. 3 months of investing and I love the simplicity and ease of seeing how my investment is doing and also what the crypto market is doing. By investing in bundles I feel that I have mitigated the fluctuations somewhat.
Would love to have a very high risk bundle/package of the 10 most exciting "start-up" or "penny" cryptos that can show crazy growth in a short time.

Stay away from this platform. The fees are extreme and will not allow you to trade ups and downs. Deposits take days and overall I could not be any less pleased. What a terrible service. Stick with Luno

I dont think they exist. I think its just 1 single hipster guy in a basement, with endless fake profiles. Google the endless number of directors other profiles and they dont even mention they work at this dodgy joint, because why would anyone claim they work for revix while hoping to actually get a real job one day. You cant get a chat or call going with them. I just wanted to know if there was anybody in the building or of they all killed themselves after crypto went for zero, as expected, but not a peep. So ja, good luck finding anybody here. Scam products, scam people, scam everything. lol

First off, they only allow withdrawals in ZAR or BTC.
ZAR would have to have a south Africa address and Revolut and other platforms won't have one.
If you withdraw in BTC, the fee is ridiculous at 0.0005 BTC which is at least 10 GBP, so you end up with less than you put in due to their other high fees for transacting on the platform.
So unless they allow for GBP withdrawals again, do not use it.

Furthermore, we are currently in the process of reinitiating GBP withdrawals as the current Brexit regulatory legislation that had been previously introduced does not allow for transactions to GBP bank accounts unless licensed. We understand that this is a great inconvenience and sincerely apologise for the disruption of our service, however, once we’re fully licensed in the UK, which we expect to be within the next few months, things will be back to normal, and GBP deposits and withdrawals will be re-enabled.

What an absolute nightmare dealing with a never ending spiral of backoffice drones trying to sort out a verification process, despite being a customer for years. Everything goes well, until it doesnt, and of course Revix has removed their contact phone numbers-just to make sure you really cant solve a problem that does not pop up on a drones screen.
