TL;DR Altify loses your money and…
TL;DR Altify loses your money and expects you to wait patiently while they "address the problem". I lost a lot of money with this platform. Skip this scam.
The platform was previously known as Revix and assured users that all crypto was stored in cold storage. However, 25% of all their assets was stored within another company Haru Invest, which pulled a Sam Bankman Fried and ran off with the money.
Now, Altify expects users to wait on the court case for Haru Invest to conclude so they can pay their customers back.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CRYPTO PLATFORMS. LEARN TO STORE YOUR OWN CRYPTO. IT'S THE POINT OF OWNING CRYPTO IN THE FIRST PLACE.

What a joke. And to top it off I’ll more than likely have a bot reply. I cannot withdraw my funds because of some dispute that has nothing to do with the user. Not ok

Product and Service offering.
The product offfering is great as diversity is a great virtue for investments. Please add more crypto products. However, on deposits reflecting on the platform, I think there is a need for improvement. It can appear almost immediately, same day rather than after 24 hours. I want to invest today not tomorrow.

The app is very slow
The app is very slow, withdrawal verification process is not exactly user friendly.Im using comparison to other crypto wallets i have used and they all are seamless although one thing that is cool is the points system regarding fees etc. Need a bigger variety in coins too.
