It has worked for me…
I have lost just over 3 stone in 7 months, I have always carried a lot of weight, but my blood sugars were rising, and I didn’t want to end up on insulin, my diabetic nurse told me a bit about the programe and I said I would try it. The help and advice I have received from my coach Jane has helped me a lot, it was very hard at the beginning but I think it is the 1st diet I have ever stuck too, I have mobility issues but I know how much I can do, I feel a bit better in myself but it has stopped me from having a lot of sweet stuff and the wrong meals, very happy with it.

Diabetic diet plan
The shakes are really nice especially the mango, the two soup are just a little bit bland regarding the chicken flavour and the vegetable flavour

The price has gone up double since last year. This is really upsetting that you make it so difficult for people who cannot afford it to manage their health. The one thing in the world that angers me is greed. To increase your products with double the price is shameful. You have a great product that can help many- just unaffordable 🥲

The shake which i received at the time…
The shake which i received at the time of my first order was very tasty and good.But the chicken soup received was not tasty and couldn't continue after my first consumption because of that taste.Both of the products are good products but the chicken soup didn't suit for my taste buds.Quality and quantity is good.Thank u Altra life.
