I'm currently on the NHS remission…
I'm currently on the NHS remission programme received my order within 24hours of ordering. I only use the shakes and find they are really filling. They are a fantastic product really tasty, nice & smooth. They really give you the best start to achieving your ultimate goal- weight loss, stable blood sugar levels and normal blood pressure. Would recommend Altralife as a company and their shakes.

Thanks for your review! Feeling hungry at times can be normal on a Total Diet Replacement plan, but drinking plenty of water throughout the day can help manage those hunger pangs.

The team were so passionate in dealing with me. The altralife product was so amazing because I didnot believe before, that there is a product that would be eaten that can remove weight up to 10kg without shrinking the skin.

Very impressed so far.
Thus far (early days) - I have been impressed. The shakes are very easy to make (unlike, say, Lipotrim, where you had to use a whisk and a kettle), they are tasty, and do seem to keep hunger pangs at bay. The one-week bags are handy, and portioning-up is easy. It's all very well presented, good quality boxes and satchets. Would perhaps like to have a little bit more written guidance with the product, and am waiting for responce to a couple of questions.

Im not too keen on the soups but the shakes taste lovely. I have lost 2 stone so far and I am 8 weeks in. Very happy and would recommend 100%.
