Great product
Great product! I had the vegan red Berry and Mango primarily but all of the flavours not only taste good. They provide you with the nutrition you need without food.

The service I have received is…
The service I have received is fantastic. The products are really good. I prefer the banana, chocolate, I find these thicker and better tasting. Some of the other flavors are weak in flavor in comparison. The banana and chocolate mixed is lovely. The latte I added a small amount of coffee to. This replaced the extra calories in milk and sweetener I have in my coffee. The product does make you slimmer. I have never once felt a lack of energy or lethargic. They appear to give me all I need. I currently walk a minum of 15k steps daily with my job. Really good product.

Fantastic product and a safer way to lose weight.
Great product that I was put on by my GP. Service is superb, order the product and it’s there in a day. I lost 2.5 stone with it and still have 4 weeks of a 12 week programme to go. Highly recommend, would be a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the price if you were to purchase it yourself.

Really helpful with the weight loss
Really helpful with the weight loss. When you order items arrive quickly so you can get going. The soups and shakes fill you up. It is very much having your mind in the right place.

AVOID the soups
Shake flavours are good and taste great, the soups are simply dreadful, adding a load of herbs and spices to the soup adds a little flavour but the makers really need to improve the recipe drastically! As all you can taste is the bulking agent. It’s such a shame as now I’m stuck with cold TDR meals (shakes) instead of a mix.

Bad taste
Delivery was really quick. Some of the milkshakes are nice but very sweet. The soups are revolting, they don't mix properly so you have to filter out the lumps

The products are lovely. Never feel hungry. Stomach makes lots of noises in bed. But all good. Received products really quickly after ordering

Altra life shakes are more tasty than…
Altra life shakes are more tasty than first expected, they fill me up for a good 3 to 4 hrs with zero calorie drinks inbetween, the weight loss and low blood sugar is a great motivator too. The shakes always come well packed and I receive good information about delivery by email and sms.
