All was good as usual..fab sweetmeats
All was good, it was simple. It would just be good to be able to choose what's in the sweetmeats boxes. We have ordered these several times, and this last order, we'll my mother's favourites were all included.

Disappointment
Let down by the manager, did not fulfil the promise to give free 10 piece mithai box by one of the staff due to discount not applied at check out online for some reason, the manager refused to give a box and made excuses (Coventry branch on Walsgrave Road )

Sweet reminders of holidays in India.
It is very helpful to have full information for the individual sweets in your website, and then to have pictures of those that I had ordered on the receipt to identify each of the delivered items. The sweets are delicious, although personally, I would prefer a little less sugar in the recipes, but the flavours are luscious. Delivery was fast by DPD.

One of the sweet box came damaged and we couldn't eat it as the seal broke too.
Packing was too tight.

Good company, shame about delivery
The online ordering is good. The website shows lots of choice. The product is excellent and very tasty. I have given 4 stars because did delivery lets the company down in some areas. The order in Norfolk got there on the day requested. The order for North Yorkshire got the 2 days later than expected.

I ordered 20 box luckily it came in 2 packs because 1 had a hair in it so disappointed with only having half an order due to throwing the one but the other 1 was so tasty 😋 would go in person to check my order.
