Well u delivered on time and got one delivery I got a email confirmation for the second one there was no email both delivered on same day to different addresses
So I ended up emailing you to see if u have delivered but no reply!

The most incredibly substandard Service…
The most incredibly substandard Service that you can imagine. So yesterday I spent no less than seven hours speaking to different people at the Head office, trying to explain that the 100 boxes of sweets that I had delivered for a wedding were the wrong delivery. This was stressful as the wedding is this Saturday. However, having spoken to Seven different people at Head office for. Ambala and having not received a single call back from a manager, I realised that this Business is actually a shame. Do you know they have no official complaints facility? Do you know they actually do not have an openly publicised email address to which you can write and complain? Needless to say nobody called me back. I wasted the whole afternoon. The website is misleading, and when you place an order for something, regrettably, the delivered item is not as per the description. Naturally, I shall be reporting this company to trading standards as in fact under the consumers rights act, a company should only advertise a product for sale that is then purchased, that must then fit the description of the product advertised. In this case, unfortunately.Ambala is reckless, misleading, and in denial. I would not utilise this Service ever again.
