They just make up the logo placement with no accurate representation of what you asked for and don’t follow your instructions when you design online. Ordered 6 T-shirts and at least 2 had logos in completely different locations (too low down on the side I specified ) to what I asked for. It’s like they just judge it with their eye and aren’t bothered about it being correct. Emailed them twice heard back once ‘I’ll speak to manager’ chased and nothing since - I wanted a reprint of the two they didn’t do correctly - the rest were ok but won’t be using them again. Digital print not spectacular either.

My delivery arrived within the stipulated time frames. The high-quality clothing designs (where prepared exactly as instructed) and washed well at a low temperature. Excellent customer service support; thank-you.

I've been looking for a specific heavy t shirt i had a whike ago from a company which was branded . Eventually found the specific ones and order 13 of them from here and wasn't disappointed. They are exactly what I wanted at a respectable price and came quickly !
Would recommend and I will order from a.m custom clothing again.
Possibly with branding next time!

Great customer service, fast delivery, and great overall experience with the products I've received.
Even though the design I had available was not up to par in terms of quality, they made it look great on the items I wanted the design to be printed on.

I used this company to print some shirts within a tight deadline.

I spoke to a Rebekah via email to raise concerns about my illustration being suitable for print and the customer service was excellent.

The team went out of their way to do a single sample print for me and send a pic over so I was happy to proceed with the rest and sent over within the deadline provided. The quality of the shirts is great and my printed illustration came out so well!

Love the hats, good range of kids T-shirts and adult hoodies, although now need something thicker

The shirts appear OK. However, the shirts did not arrive until after the due date and I had to chase the company to get updated information. They've hence told me 2 shirts had been rejected by quality control but they would send the others. On arrival 3 shorts were missing and again I have to check. The service level (in terms of supplying information could be much improved)

The garments were of good quality as shown online. They were delivered on time. Something that could improve, is the delivery charge as £8.99 standard delivery is a high price to pay, other than this, I'm really satisfied with the service.

Amy contacted me as they realised that my order would not be ready for the date I used in my design.
She proactively offered alternatives to make sure the tshirt are ready before intended date.

From the first email their communication has been excellent. Friendly, helpful advice and delivery was made before the predicted date. We now have unique, bespoke kit for our team. Will use again.
