Amy from A.M. was able to assist and advise with any issues I was having with my design files which would've meant embroidery wouldn't have come out very well on my garment (or wouldn't have been possible to do). I had a small order for 10 tote bags and had great communication throughout the ordering process.

The bags took less than a week from the time I placed my order to when they were delivered but the best part was the bags themselves. The quality of the bags and the print quality are excellent. I would definitely recommend.

As a winner of a recent giveaway on there media page, the prize was tshirts with a logo of my choosing, I was contacted and asked for our colour, sizes and logo requirements directly after winner was announced, they were extremely helpful with advice on how to get artwork to them and offered to alter any images to the printing format, colour and sizes were all available, the order was completed very fast less then a week passed and delivery arrived of gorgeous logo tshirts very colourful logo much bigger then we thought we would get, we are so pleased with the tshirts, I can only say top marks to A.M. clothing fir top services, and top quality products abd printing, happy to highly recommend to everyone who wants logos added to good quality organic cotton.
Great range of colours, soft as silk to touch, we had thought of doing our own with sublimation printing but A.M. do such great work its better to go professional for such top quality finished products, we woukd happily use A.M. Clothing again, my review is given free and are my own views and opinions 😀 but give them a try, be realistic and talk to the experts, there helpful staff can sort you out. 5 star review as I can't give a 10 star one ✨️

Absolutely nothing bad to say at all. Communication/customer service was top notch, processing and delivery wasn't excessive (ordered/printed/at my door within one week (4 working days) and the print/hoodie quality is superb. I will definitely be getting more from here.

First-class customer service and high-quality product. Two hoodies my kids “designed” delivered on time to our Christmas Airbnb. AM really went the extra mile on service for what must have been a tiny order for them. Let’s see if the kids start a business and we can put in a proper order!

Item was of fair enough quality but I was very disappointed with A.M Custom Clothings' response when there was a delivery issue with the item - they were very unhelpful.

I ordered a custom T shirt on 5 December as a Christmas gift and the estimated delivery date given was 22nd December. 22nd December came with no delivery. I had not received any tracking details or shipping confirmation from A.M CC either. So, trying not to panic (as it was cutting it very close to Christmas) I contacted them that evening to explain that I hadn't received anything. A.M C.C responded promptly on 23rd to explain that it had been delivered on 12th December and provided the DPD tracking link. When I checked it, the house shown in the images wasn't mine and I didn't recognise it. I explained this to A.M. C.C and they, again promptly, responded to say that I needed to contact DPD to find out where it had been delivered.

Why do sellers do this? Sellers have the contract with their courier - I have no relationship as purchaser with their courier. If something goes wrong, the seller should contact their courier to imvestigate and resolve the issue. It may just be my own pet peeve but I don't think it is right to push the onus on the purchaser (who has paid for an item that has not been received and has only just received the tracking info) to then contact the courier (who I have no relationship with) to try to work out what has gone wrong.

When I asked that they contact DPD and let me know the outcome, I stopped receiving a response to my email - which was fustrating as (to their credit) they had been very prompt in responding up to that point. I appreciate it was 23rd December and they only had skeleton staff working, but I was also working that day and it was a massive pain to try to resolve amongst everything else I had to sort out for Christmas. In the end, I couldn't get through to DPD and instead had to wander around my estate that evening to try to track down the front door in the photo, disturbing people and knocking on random doors. Luckily, ultimately on 24th December I managed to locate the item - A.M. Custom Clothing had put the incorrect address on the parcel (I checked my order details and shipping address to make sure i hadn't put the wrong details). So DPD had delivered it correctly, the neighbour couldn't get it to me as it had my name but their address on it, it was A.M Custom Clothing's error but all my inconvenience and hassle to resolve. If I hadn't received it on 24th in time to wrap it and gift it then I would have stopped looking and asked for a refund. Disappointed and put off from ordering from them again.

Great experience all round, fast customer service, easy-to-track, prompt delivery and fantastic quality product. Will certainly order from A.M Custom Clothing again.

Excellent customer from the word go. I had some concern about the quality of my image for this particular job and contacted their customer service. Rebekah from AM was straight on the case and answered all of my questions and reassured me. The order arrived much earlier than I expected and the quality was excellent both in terms of the print quality and the t-shirts. I've used them twice recently for jobs and have to say they are excellent, plus they plant a tree per order!

Really pleased with the T shirt that I had from AM Custom, printed with my own photo. The team contacted me and offered to cleanup the background on my photo, thanks! The print is bright and clear and looks great!

I'm paying 18£ for delivery and my orders is not even dispatched yet!! Order placed on 21 and still nothing! And as i can see probably some of my staff will be missing as well! Never buying from this guys again!!

I had a great time with this company.
When I submitted my designs Jess pointed out that one had insufficient resolution for a decent result. I fixed it and re-submitted. I'm so glad she told me rather than going ahead regardless.

The finished hoodie I ordered exceeded my expectations. The printing was colourful and sharp, and the garment was of exceptional quality. I was pleasantly surprised. It's made from a thick heavy material with a lovely soft fleece finish on the inside. It's instantly become my Go-To top on cooler days.

Price-wise A. M. are obviously not competing with the usual cheap super thin stuff I've bought elsewhere and thrown in my wardrobe after wearing it twice.
Instead, my hoodie has a real quality look and feel about it, and it's wonderful to wear. I reckon they've used top quality cloth, and I'm very glad of it.

Given the first rate printing and the pleasing thickness of the garment, I am more than content paying the marginally higher price.

I've got a beautiful hoodie that I enjoy wearing. Definitely recommended.

We submitted an order for 6 and a half grands worth of merch for an upcoming tour. They printed the jumpers on the wrong side of the jumper it was a front design that was printed on the back.
We then ran out of merch during a tour we’re told that it would be delivered on the Friday, it wasn’t and they told us it hadn’t been dispatched at 4:30 when we needed it for 6. And that they wouldn’t be able to have it done until our second to last day of the tour which is no use. During this time I had another company on standby ready to print T-shirts that’s now too late to ask as it’s so late. Brilliant. Bands stay well and truly clear of these might be alright if you want 10 T-shirts printing for a holiday in Benidorm and you’ve got 3 months to sort them.
