over £50 for one hat with some embroidery, a hat that will have cost pence in bulk.

I’ve ordered T-shirts from A.M. Custom Clothing 2 years in a row now, for a small festival I organise with my friends. I’m pleased to say the prints have held up very well after a year, and still look good-as-new, despite the tee’s being ‘well loved’. I can confidently say the team at A.M. provide a high quality product and a professional service.

On both occasions they have handled a *slightly* rushed order (from my lack of organisation 🫣) and delivered in perfect time, and this year they helped with a mistake in one of the designs.

I’ll be sure to order from them again next year for Luckfest 2026! 🤩🤩

Jess helped me each step of the way and managed to swap the art out for me at the last minute. I'll be back for another order before the end of the month - cheers folks!

I needed to order some t shirts urgently ahead of a speaking engagement but due to the small quantity and having left it last minute few printers were able to help. AM Custom Clothing were responsive, efficient and delivered great quality t shirts exactly when they said they would. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had high hopes for A.M. Custom Clothing but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. After placing a group order, one of the items was missing. I appreciated that a replacement was arranged, but it only came two weeks after the order deadline passed due to stock issues that were never communicated to me until I followed up. I wish they had told me the issues with stock the day after I initially placed the order so we could work through them together in a quicker more efficient way especially because I communicated with customer service then and explicitly asked them if there were any possible issues with the order.

Despite clearly confirming the correct size and colour, the replacement still arrived in the wrong colour.

This was after several email exchanges and delays. It felt like attention to detail was lacking and that they just didn’t care. Communication was polite but inconsistent and I was never told about the colour mistake in advance which could have saved time, money and a lot of frustration.

The clothing quality is fine, but the overall customer experience has been awful. I feel let down and unsure what to do next since I am leaving the country for 2 months this Saturday which I previously communicated to them. I won’t be ordering again and can’t recommend this company.

UPDATE: Following my initial review, the company reached out to resolve the issue. They provided a full refund for the missing item and also applied a 25% discount across the full order as a goodwill gesture. I appreciate the refund and the polite communication throughout. 🙏🏻

UPDATE 9/Jul/25: I have since received the refund of all missing t-shirts and rush expedition. I'm glad about it as the quality of the t-shirts and printing was good. Just such a shame they have delivered only part of the order and then the issue with the refund. Added a stat for the quality of product.

I ordered 15 t-shirts with rush order as I needed them for an event. The package arrived just the day before the deadline for which I requested tge delivery be by, but there were only 8 t-shirts. I tried to get in touch by phone, then by email, asking for the 7 missing t-shirts. They came back to me after a couple of days, saying that they had to check with the production. I gave them few more days and ask to still acceptable to send the rest of the t-shirts with few days delay (week after the original delivery date). They said that they could not deliver the rest of the order, so I asked for a refund of missing t-shirts and rush order. They promised to refund them, but as of today I only have seen a fraction of the refund. 3 weeks ago, I have received in my account only £53.88 and still waiting for the rest (£78.28). Customer Service still hasn't replied. Wondering if it was a scam.

A.M Custom Clothing were fast, efficient and communicative during the entire process. Our order arrived days before we expected it to even when we had placed it last-minute. They are incredibly helpful and the product was exactly as requested, they are highly recommended.

I put in an order for one T Shirt with custom print for anm event, and the customer service team were really helpful in checking the design and ensuring that the product arrived in time.

Team were brilliant helping us with some branded tops for our work event. We have a tricky primary brand colour and they were super helpful helping us match as closely to our Pantone which no other companies have been able to do for us! Will definitely be ordering from again soon 😊

I'm very happy with the t-shirts I received. My own design printed onto a dozen organic cotton t- shirts. The quality of the DTG print is fantastic, like it's part of the fabric. Great colours.
