Ammaari Stones Avis

Delivery was on time. No damage and packed really well.
Easy to contact and very professional people and nothing was a problem from order to delivery.
Will defo use again.

Ordered 160 porcelain tiles 600mmx900mm all came individually wrapped. Out of the 160 only 3 were damaged. We were advised on the phone when we ordered, that we should allow for a few damages, just incase. Very pleased with service, price, delivery and quality of product. Would certainly be recommending to others. Thank you. One very happy costumer.

Delivery was great turned up on time and phoned on route to me

Excellent price, great quality product, everything was delivered on the date stated. Would definitely recommend this company and will definitely be using again.

Good price, good quality

Great customer service, delivered as agreed. Excellent product with minimal breakage - 2 flags out of over 170. Really pleased and would highly recommend.

My son bought these stones for my garden, I was pleased when I saw them in the crate, excellent packaging, no chips, looked even better once laid. Thrilled with the results.

They were really good stone was so pleased with it and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends

Great porcelain slabs high quality customer very happy,, very helpful company always happy to talk and get back to you with a quick response,, delivery on time as the date I ask for spot on service reliable and will be using again,,,

The slabs were delivered on time, securely packed in wooden crates and competitively priced.

The paving arrived promptly and intact. It looks great. Very pleased.

Ordered 20 m2 all arrived well packaged. Of course you might get an odd chip but I used those for cuts. I used pads instead of mortar which was faster and no mess.
Would definitely buy from them again.

Ordered and delivered in 4 days and at a very cheap price too. Great quality and they look amazing 👍🏻

BEWARE!!! Do not use this company, they are nothing but a bunch of con-artists and scamsters. They deserve a negative 5 stars.
Bought 45 sq.m of outdoor porcelain tiles only to find 2 broken and one chipped tile on delivery. I reported the 3 damaged tiles to Ammaari Stones and was told that they were in their 7.5% tolerance to send damaged tiles to customers. No replacement or a refund for their damages, was instead sent a quote to buy more tiles. Shocking!

Customer services is a joke, shocking emails and responses asking me 'the customer' to apologise and take back what I have said on email to them i.e. to expose them on social media for sending me broken tiles and fraudulent practices - Luke and Tom customer service managers, real life scammers.

Absolute joke and a shocking company! Their tile edges are all mis-aligned and horribly cut. Stay away and do not buy from these scamsters!

I was debating whether to order or not after reading some reviews and certainly when i couldnt get a sample of the tiles i was interested in but in the end I purchased the HS Grey 1200 x 600 porcelain tile 1.5 pallets and cross my fingers everything would be ok, all i had to go off was a rendering image and also an image from another customer. When arrived all were checked and ALL were absolutly perfect, not a single tile had broken. The tile did match the photos we saw online for this particular one and we are extremely pleased with our purchase, even the landscaper who was hired to do the job for us was extremely impressed the quality of the tile. I will be happy to recommend Ammaari Stones to anyone who is looking, i know the landscaper we used is going to look at Ammaari as well as he has been really impressed with them.

Such a helpful response and so accommodating to see that my order was met.

I'm thrilled with the excellent outdoor tiles from Ammaari! The cementino grey color is spot on, and dealing with them was a pleasure. The quick delivery and impressive quality have exceeded my expectations. 5 stars!
