A super experience buying a watch. Such a friendly and welcoming experience in a stunning showroom! Will certainly be back!

Excellent store to deal with would highly recommend

Purchased my third watch from William and his team this week (a Rolex Submariner). As ever, very friendly, very professional service, and the new showroom is well worth a visit.

Attentive, friendly and very helpful staff: fabulous new premises and a great range of items.

Fabulous buying experience from start to finish…from an amazing private shopping experience with friends to having my purchase couriered to my home…a very pleasant friendly and helpful purchasing experience…I would highly recommend

Excellent customer service. We bought two lovely rings. Such lovely people. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Finally got my favourite watch today thanks to AMPM. Very nice new premises, very welcoming family, lovely coffee and really enjoyed my time there. Will definitely be in again as there are some lovely watches at very competitive prices. But the personal touch is hard to pass. Thanks William

Service 10/10 and the new shop is incredible.

The staff were a delight to deal with, after sales was superb. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

Great service from start to finish. Everything was handled in a very professional manner and the watch was even better than in the photos.
I will definitely be back. Thanks guys

Excellent service by William , AMPM has a luxury service in Belfast , the service is exceptional and tailored to your needs , would highly recommend them over any other jeweller in town for high end luxury watches . Just recently sold my Rolex , no quibble and money same day , unlike lunns where you have to wait a few days , great value great customer service and your needs come first , charles hutchinson , Belfast

I have bought and sold quite a few watches with William and always 1st class service.

Everything is as described, no problems a delighted to deal with and highly recommended.

The entire AMPM team were fantastic.
William facilitated a personal try-on multi watch session in my office which was super convenient, and very much appreciated.
They were bang on with valuations as I had been watching prices for a number of months.
I got a great deal on my 2025 GMT II, along with a super collection and fitting service in their amazing new Belfast showroom.

Overall, very honest and professional. I highly recommend William and the AMPM team.

William, Linda and Louise sourced my wife’s diamond tennis bracelet in platinum the diamonds are exceptionally high quality also. My wife met Louise today off site and tried on the bracelet and purchased it. So massive thanks to Louise.
We also received information about both bracelets via what’s app and a video also so that was very helpful!

Got my second watch from AMPM. Both were big decisions for me financially in their own right but have no regrets over either. William is a gent. Has real enthusiasm for his business and it shows. Will inevitably be back again for another later down the line. First class from start to finish.

Contacted William regarding a watch he had and he gave me loads of information and kindly held it for me until I could get a look in person at it. A very enjoyable day was spent and suffice to say the watch is now on my wrist! Will hopefully be dealing again soon.

Very efficient and super friendly service.
I’m delighted with my experience and I’m planning to return very soon.

I recently purchased a watch from AMPM Luxury Goods and they did not disappoint. Professional from start to finish. A great selection of watches and anything they didn’t have in stock they made it clear they could source without a problem.
