Lättnavigerad hemsida och snabb leverans
Det var en lättnavigerad hemsida med bra filtermöjligheter vilket gjorde att det var lätt att hitta rätt i det stora sortimentet.
Dessutom var AndLight de enda som kunde leverera lampan jag ville ha omgående. Mycket nöjd.

I have received a faulty product and claimed it. That was nine days ago - still no answer. I will wait another week and then inform Swedish konsumentverket.

I took a look at your specific case and can see that the delay in response was due to us awaiting a decision from the supplier. As a retailer, we are often dependent on our suppliers in claim cases.

Tar inte tillbaka felaktiga produkter och du har ingen ångerrätt!
Som kund får du med andra ord inte ta upp lampan och testa den för då är din ångerrätt borta. Enda gången du kan skicka tillbaka paket enligt andlight är om du inte öppnat paketet och skickar de direkt i retur.
Distansavtalslagen är inget som dom bryr sig om.

Don't order anything large and expensive unless you are 110% sure on it
I've ordered a few lamps from here because of the competative prices BUT my last purchase their real came through and I'm done with them! Customer Service is just terrible. Long story short, I ended having to pay just short of 3000 SEK to return the lamp. At the end, whatever savings I made on my first purchase I lost on the return. Trying to send something that exceeds 300cm in length, width and circumference will cast you a leg and an arm to return and expect zero assistance from them.

Dåligt när produkter inte funkar!!!!
Beställde en Mesh lampa ,den mindre modellen som inte funkade riktigt. Jag har skickat både video och bilder på lampan där det syns tydligt att en slinga inte lyser. Hade en behörig elektriker som monterade lampan, har även bilder på det och fakturan från elektriker. Men det ända svaret jag fick av kundservicen ”Kan du utveckla dina bilder” vad utveckla? Lampan lyser inte som den ska , kostade 14000 kr, det är bara att skicka en ny lampa, men ingen lösning eller återkoppling från kundservicen efter alla bevis. Är frustrerad!!
