Last week we had the planned visit by Anglian Renewables to fix seven solar panel, the staff
arrived bright and early, worked well, did not stop for tea, and completed the fitting, explained how the panels worked and answered our questions with the house left clean and tidy with the solar panels transmitting electricity. From the initial phone call consultation to the installation of the panels, every member of the team has been efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Too early to say how good the panels are, but if it's like the service, I a on a winning streak!

I cannot recommend Anglian Renewables highly enough. The team (two on the roof + two electricians) did an amazing job in a short space of time in fitting my solar panels. They were highly competent and efficient,accessing the loft to install some necessary equipment ,a picture of which was shown to me on the electrician's phone ; a small ,but important detail. All was explained to me,and the system is up and working extremely well.

Had a project of 14 Solar PV panels installed a few weeks ago, and can honestly say from start to end the service and installation from Anglian has been fantastic.

The Installation team of Aaron and Steven were very friendly and knowledgeable. Having had a discussion prior to installation about the best cable routes and placement of the inverter, Isolators and battery. They were very accommodating to our suggestions and provided us with great ideas and advice.

I had Solar PV installed in July 2020, and I have been enjoying the benefits of the system ever since, thanks to Bobby and his team. From start to finish they offered a professional service and also provided the best price and the largest system for my roof out of the 4 companies I contacted. I have recommended them to friends and I would not hesitate to use them again for future installs.

In our initial look into fitting solar panels to our house, we obtained quotes from four companies. Prices varied by around 10% so not our main criteria for choosing a supplier. We’re a family of energy nerds, so take a very keen interest in the technology and new contracts that are emerging. We were keen to make as much use of all the roof space we have, so had been asking for around 15 - 16 panels delivering about 6 - 7kW, with an inverter to suit. We went with Anglian because they were the only company to tell us that we couldn’t get an inverter bigger than 3.7kW without prior approval from the DNO. Others didn’t mention this to us and quoted for larger inverters, which would have left us in a very difficult position.

We discussed this at length with Yama from Anglian, who along with his partner Bobby, were very knowledgeable about the contractual structures and the technology we would need. Throughout the whole process from first conversation to installation and follow up the communication has been excellent and very reassuring. We went with the smaller inverter, but stuck with 16 panels. The inverter peaks on sunny days, but we should get a better yield in the winter months.

Installation went smoothly. The whole team was extremely pleasant and personable, open to discussion about cable routes and equipment locations. They were tidy and professional throughout the install and also cheerful too! There was only one hiccup right at the end when the inverter would not communicate with our wifi. The team from Anglian stayed late on a Friday night trying to rectify the issue without success. They returned on Saturday morning and got the problem resolved quickly.

Our system was installed about 6 weeks ago, and since then it has exceeded our expectations - even with the smaller inverter. We have subsequently replaced our gas hob with an electric induction one, and fitted a solar immersion heater controller. Since then we have run our 4 bed house with a family of 4 entirely free from gas or imported electricity, and been exporting to the grid, with Anglian’s help submitting the necessary certificates to the DNO.

There are plenty of companies operating in renewable installation without, in my opinion, the necessary expertise. We recommend Anglian without hesitation.

they were the 2ns quote I got to benchmark and Yama took over an hour to fully explained their system to me and even tried to not sell me a storage battery as he felt not required, but I insisted and they obliged.

lots of pre e-mails and texts before install and on the day the install team were brilliant, polite and very helpful when I was asking questions and generally getting
in the way lol. commissioning of the system took a while as there was firmware upgrade required on the inverter, however it gave me the chance to ask more questions.

the workmanship was excellent and the team were offering solutions to where place the battery and inverter- going against where I thought it needed to go- there place was better !!.

first impressions of the system is very good and a such I am very happy - they were tidy and neat and quick, time of install was just under 6 hours.

I would 100% recommend this company for your solar install.

Just brilliant Service!

We had quite a few quotes and Anglian came out not just the cheapest, but also able to install it by far the quickest.
Communication was great, engineers were all very capable, tidy and polite and Yama was there for us all the way. After the installation, they really took their time to explain how to work the system, using the App etc.
System has been up for nearly a week now and results are amazing, especially using the iBoost as recommended by their engineers.

I am happy to recommend Yama and Bobby plus their delivery and installation team. No fuss or problems and everything is working fine.
