Very very good

The request on Anima was processed very quickly by Southend Coastal Services. I received a phone call back. Got an appointment organised. And a response on Anima. All worked very well.

Lets make it as hard as we can to make an appointment to look after our health and families wellbeing.
It almost like the dont want us making appointments to see the GP to save money.
Anima site telling me im already registered via NHS so I go to NHS app for it to tell me I already have an account with anima. Im told to contact my GP. I have now been on hold for 2 hours. My son needs to see a doctor asap, why is this so complicated. I used to pick a phone wait for a person to answer and help. Now I have to fill out god knows how many forms, link accounts, and when nothing work ring them anyway. The whole system is a waste of time

On this occasion after contacting anima first thing this morning i was given a telephone consultation within minutes followed up by a face to face when i seen a very pleasant young doctor who gave me a very through examination

Anima is a very quick and easy way to get a message to the GP and for them to reply. Much simpler than telephoning!

One of the best GP in Birmingham, must of the doctors are experts fantastic and care about patients. Fast response if you request any, well manager and everything is on the line. Polite staffs, responsible worker. Trustible GP.

Anima, to which my village practice has recently switched, is intolerable. It does not allow enough characters - suddenly, without warning, no more are available. It is arrogant. For instance, it asks one to grade one's discomfort on a scale of one to five, but does not tell one how. One has to work out that one needs to get one's cursor into a circle on the left and then move along the line to the right. And if one fails to jump through all the hoops properly all one has filled in is liable to be lost. I foresee many more phone calls to surgeries, with the online route ignored.
Later, experience shows that Anima must be one of the most idiotic systems ever devised by man. It is unusable. I wanted to raise - and clicked correctly to raise - an administrative matter. Anima wanted to know if I had 'any other symptoms'. It then tried to ask a further twelve irrelevant questions. I aborted the attempt.

It's nice to have Doctors that care about their patients needs.

Whenever my children need to be seen because of a concern we have or any illnesses that have arisen they are always seen to and the level of care they receive is brilliant.

Anima is used by my GP practice and they asked me to review. It's dire. I was asked to provide 3 blood pressure readings and given a link. The link takes you to a tedious log in (where you enter all your details yet again), then retrieve a verification code, then fill in pages and pages of irrelevant questionnaires none of which are remotely relevant to providing BP readings. There is no option just to provide requested information. Takes ages to use and is very unfriendly for elderly people who may have a worrying problem and are faced with endless admin. Badly designed customer interface. I hate it.
