Excellent service from start to finish. Took a few minutes online to complete. A couple of hours later confirmed, with email and text message. Can collect on day of travel or up to 10 days before. We collected on the day, was only 10 mins away from tunnel for us. Chris was so efficient, explained everything and we were back on the road within 10 mins. No hassle or stress, so easy. Great service from East Pet Travel the process was an easy online form then turn up when arranged and the documentation was ready for collection. Great communication and warm welcome when we arrived. I cannot recommend them enough, will definitely use them again.

Having used Chris professionally for over 10 years previously, at his vet practise near Dover, I was delighted when he began to provide the service for the obligatory ‘paperwork’ to travel with our dog to Europe.
As ever, he is extremely efficient and very personable while also being able to relate to the individual dogs well.
The whole process for his clients is very quick, well prepared and competitively priced. Highly recommended!!

We were running late for our appointment time, so a quick message sent to Christoph & very quick reply & no problem at all, we just turned up, dogs checked, the AHC documents were ready for collection after I signed the forms & we carried on our journey.
Christoph was very helpful & informative.

This was our first time travelling from UK with our dog. Easy Pet Travel make getting the Animal Health Certificate really simple (you submit docs online) and we picked it up from them near the Channel Tunnel on the way to France. Much cheaper than our vet quoted! Thoroughly recommend.

I used this great facility on a Sunday. They were great and I would recommend them to anyone needing the ridiculous AHC to take their pet abroad. They were very informative and even gave my dog the worming tablet required to bring him back to England as we only going away for 4 days. Well done & thank you to this great company
