Stay well clear
I would advise anybody looking to open a business bank account to look elsewhere. Completely incompetent at what a bank should be able to do. The app is pretty useless, when you need help they ground in circles, most regular payments need verifying for every transaction unlike other banks where they know your spending habits so only have to authorise every now and again.
Tried to get an account swapped over to another director, they took 4 weeks to sort this then put it nowhere decided to close the account with 0 reason given. All recent payments were returned to the sender.
Go look at revolut or monzo instead of these because not only are they cheaper but they actually know what they are doing.

When changing the main account holder, the new account holder must be an active director. An email address also needs to be provided so we can invite the director to take over the account and complete the required process.
We also never close accounts unless we have to. Please be assured that this decision is not made lightly. We carefully consider the circumstances and reach our decisions in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
As this is a public forum, we’re unable to discuss individual account details or the reasons for specific decisions here. We hope you’ll get in touch from your registered email address so we can look into this with you directly.

Close accounts for no reason
Closed my account due to clause 15…
I’ve only had the account for 3 weeks.
When I asked to specify what clause they couldn’t..:
I’m literally a sole trader under a limited company, that was on my application as well as the limited company name…
All transactions have been legitimate, payments coming, payments coming out, and obviously the usual expenses such as food shopping etc.
I don’t see where there has been any fraudulent activity, but it would help if you told me what clause of 15 I’ve gone against, as there’s quite a few points…
You keep spamming me with emails saying my account is closing, move my funds, I try to and it gets declined, as well as I have appealed with multiple points I wanted answered and still have not received a dedicated answer.
