Honestly, one of best account providers I’ve used in a long while, integration with stripe for invoices and the ease of use and setup is superb 👌, notifications are prompt and useful, and the registration of a company is unbeatable.. good work🥰
Cashback from partners is quite cool too but we should be trying to aim for a percentage back on all eligible purchases👌

I use Anna Bank on a regular basis
I use Anna Bank on a regular basis. Very user friendly and simple.
The accounting set up is good, invoicing is simple and book keeping is simple and useful.
Probably not as easy if your business is cash based but ours is mainly business to business so it is a perfect fit for us.

You have held my business money that…
You have held my business money that was refunded to me against my wish. I have provided all documents to show that the money is mine. I have submitted bank screenshots to let you see where I sent the money to Anna.
Yet you have held my money against my wish for!no reason.
Due to this, I have suffered significant loss, I should have bought goods and start trading but you have made me loose money and prospective customers.
I have suffered severe anxiety, panic attacks and severe Mental stress due to this actions. I regret ever using Anna.
Just release my money to show in my balance , so I can use other platforms who actually protects their customers.

My company was opened using ANNA’s address service, and I later asked ANNA to arrange the PAYE registration for the company.
ANNA has already taken the payment for the PAYE service, but so far the service has still not been completed.
At the same time, my business account has been blocked for 22 days, with company funds still inaccessible. I have contacted support several times, but I keep receiving vague responses saying the account will be reviewed, without any clear resolution or reliable timeframe.
This situation is seriously affecting the operation of my business. It is extremely frustrating to have company funds blocked for more than three weeks while also paying for a business service that has still not been delivered.
Communication has been poor, the delays are unacceptable, and I have completely lost confidence in ANNA as a business banking provider.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend ANNA Money to other business owners.

22 days with business funds blocked and no resolution
Very disappointing experience with ANNA Money.
My company, Fortrex, has had its business account blocked for 22 days, with company funds still inaccessible.
During this time, I have repeatedly contacted support asking for a clear explanation and a realistic timeframe. Unfortunately, the only response I keep receiving is that the account will be “reviewed within 10 days” or that the case is still under review. Those deadlines pass, but nothing actually changes.
This is a business account, and having company funds frozen for more than three weeks with no clear resolution is causing serious disruption to the business, including difficulties with payments, suppliers and normal day-to-day operations.
I understand that financial institutions have compliance procedures to follow, but 22 days without a proper explanation, clear progress or a reliable timeframe is extremely frustrating and unacceptable from a business banking provider.
I hope ANNA resolves this urgently and improves the way it communicates with business customers when accounts are placed under review.

I’m liking the new set up! It’s easy to use, but I am missing what my last reference was, especially when it comes to Account references. Which does slow my payments down. But I understand it’s probably to do with security.
