This is how business accounts should be. There are so so many features other business accounts do not have. I am really impressed. It is so easy to use. For example, if you upload an invoice it pulls the relevant details and pays them. I highly recommend

After 4 years of business banking with ANNA we have been effectively DEBANKED overnight without any explanation other than this:
After a thorough review of your account and in line with our risk management policies, we have made the decision to process a closure of your business ANNA account. You’ll still be able to withdraw any remaining money in the account within the next 60 days, but the account will no longer accept incoming payments. Any pending transactions have already been declined and sent back to the sender. We never close accounts unless we have to. We’ve taken this decision because we’re committed to maintaining a safe, secure environment for all our customers. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and frustration that the account closure may cause you. We hope you understand that our decision is driven by our absolute commitment to financial compliance.
NO WE DON'T UNDERSTAND, ANNA. We've been a loyal business customer for 4 years.
Anyway, we've already found a new provider. We'll take our business where it is appreciated.
So long ANNA, you were everything but no-nonsense.
