Used Anna across all of my businesses…
Used Anna across all of my businesses for 2 years with no issue. One account closed no warning at all, didn’t ask me for any documents just said “we can’t verify business information” but they have held business information for 2 years.
Second account, suddenly blocked from anything. Limited company, no out of the ordinary payments.
It’s now a bot, no more customer service which was one of the best parts. Now it’s just ai and told to email. Which we have had no reply with.
Disappointed. Seems as though they have gone completely downhill in the last 3 months and since the app update, closed accounts for no reason (I know another business this has happened to also), no human contact anymore, no reasoning for the closures or holding.. they will say “from time to time we have to do checks”… but they don’t even so much alert you or let you know this. Just simply leave you to realise your accounts blocked, don’t reach out to you, no information, then a bot that tells you to email.
I’d avoid… highly recommended before! Now not so much

Hi, I need someone to call me today and resolve this. I’ve been trying to get help for seven days, contacted you from three different email addresses, and received no reply or callback. I’ve paid nearly £100, but the incorrect director’s email still hasn’t been fixed, we haven’t received a Companies House code, and there’s no useful support in the app.
This is completely unacceptable. Please call me o as soon as possible. If you can’t resolve the applications, tell me how you’ll refund the money I’ve paid.
