3 days now with no way of getting…
3 days now with no way of getting through to a human. No number to call. Not answer through the app. Drowning in fees because they make it impossible to communicate with someone.
Cant wait to get the copy and paste response to "Email us at "insert email address" only for them to once again not reply.
Complete lack of professionalism
RESPONSE : I am not accepting that response at all. I have used the app on multiple ocassions and not once gotten a legitimate repsonse from a human. Please do not lie to me just to save face. Check my message history, and look at the responses and tell me then that they are human.
I have emailed you days ago and not gotten a response, so again, this response is just laughable. Have customer care email me. Complete joke of a company and I sincerely hope nobody alive considers every going with ANNA Money

Changing my business to a ltd company…
Changing my business to a ltd company after being a sole trader for 20 years is so daunting, having someone to answer my questions at any time, is really reassuring, especially when you feel stupid for asking something so basic or maybe obvious, it really is a huge relief when my head is spinning from all of hmrc's jargon.
