Changing my business to a ltd company after being a sole trader for 20 years is so daunting, having someone to answer my questions at any time, is really reassuring, especially when you feel stupid for asking something so basic or maybe obvious, it really is a huge relief when my head is spinning from all of hmrc's jargon.

Anna account IS NOT free
Everything when you are opening the account is zero fee. You sign for it and after be reassured thats is free unless you do transactions, and nothing ever shows about charges, in a month time you WILL get charged £27.48 and THEN you can change to actual free account but the £27.48 us not way to avoid it.

An excellent banking app- very intuitive and have never had an issue. I also bank with HSBC, Barclays, Revolut, Zempler and Amex and this is by far the best and easiest to use. Highly recommended for the small business owner

Absolutely dreadful company
Absolutely dreadful company.
Having assured me in writing that transfers from my other Ltd company would not attract fees, they then charged me several thousand pounds in fees.
Having promised a certain level of interest on my savings, they then reduced it to nothing.
And when I took these things up with them they closed my account.
I have never had such a poor experience with any company ever. Please choose any other bank!

Just a few days after opening my ANNA…
Just a few days after opening my ANNA Money account, they suspended it without any warning or notification and froze around £300 of my money. It’s been over a week since I contacted them by email, and I still haven’t received a response.
If they didn’t want me as a customer, they should have rejected my application from the beginning instead of accepting my money and then locking me out of my account.
It honestly feels like my money is being held hostage. Absolutely terrible customer service and completely unacceptable behaviour.
I strongly advise everyone not to risk their money with ANNA Money. You’re better off using a proper UK bank. I deeply regret trusting this company with my money.
